I've loved the episodes so far but this is the one I've waited for. I appreciate the work involved to get this out.
Thank you to ALL OF YOU LOVE SEEING NZ as well as Australia
It’s beautiful there. Nice gold and a beauty of a Land Rover 😍
Fully appreciate the effort you make bro, cherished moments making memories the golds just a bonus
33:40 in the background - and Chris did not recognize the NZ gold fairy was there to bless the creek 🤣
Yeah what was that
Yep for sure , that place was full of spirits and woodland peoples
Felt sacred
I can relate to that feeling,2 years ago i was sluicing on the Uwharrie river here in N.C in very hot conditions. At the end of the day i merely had to make it up a 15 foot shear bank with my Gold hog stream sluice which is only 15lbs and my bucket of cons. It took all of my intestinal fortitude to make it up the bank and the 40 ft to the trail i honesly did not think i would make it.
Ausome adventure Chris and awesome for you keeping your cool when things got tough. Always keep your head up and move forward. Can’t wait to see the clean up.🎉🎉
Thank you sooo much for taking us on your adventure.
Thank you for sharing. Who says the great adventurers all died out by the turn of the 20th century? You brought us along on a fantasy journey with you and I am so grateful. Good on ya, mate!
That was simply amazing thank you for letting us live vicariously through you, especially for this one
Thanks chris for sharing some of the amazing memories you made on this trip😊
Such a shame that you couldn't join Pauly sniping.. he pulled out a few nice flakes!!! Great vid Chris!!!
Soo cool to see you in my homeland...i found your channel and have been binge watching ever since.
Im in Victoria now so will be using your content to help me start my new hobby...thanks bro
I hope Pauly was on a different creek cause he found the nuggies! Lol
Wow rob mate excellent film love ❤your work that river how beautiful I bet levi would have loved to share that adventure with you
So jealous! I'd love to see you, Rex and Paulie in Australia.
Haha loving the skits. It's not a fun hill to climb at the end of the day that one!
That knife you used is a Tajima and is made in Japan. The standard break away blades are the sharpest I have ever seen. You can hold a piece of paper by the corner and slice it in half with a new blade. If you slip with that knife you will be having a bad day.
What an amazing video, and amazing claim those benches looked great for highbanking.
Ever since my partner, and I started our electrical business, I can’t watch the videos as soon as they come out anymore. Now I get to do a Vogus prospecting marathon! My wife is not too happy.
Wicked adventure....thanks for sharing!!!
I know this feeling at 1:00 well. It’s a sark moment but definitely builds strength.
I didn't know you 2 knew each other. That makes me very happy.
What a great trip Chris....so cool!
Thanks for sharing!!! Great video. Your little feathered buddy was a Tomtit. Funny name. Cool little bird
Thanks Chris for you’re epic adventure the gold rush drama was real I could feel the pain
Awesome feature length mate, if you ever head up to qld I’m keen to show you round warrick area 🤙🤙
That was fantastic, so fun to watch. Excellent video!
What an amazing trip is was, absolutely epic to have it shared like this, it blows me away how much that that claim looks like my own prospecting areas. I have heard it said before that NZ shares a lot of characteristics with Willamette Valley Oregon.
be glad that you never ran into "wait a while vine" like fish hooks on vine.
Wow! That was amazing adventure. I’ve probably never watch this long video, but this one kept me tide with it. Your voice as narrator may have been more there, but every way this was soooo good!! Thankyou!
Over an hour! 🤯
Awesome!!!
What a dream trip bro congrats on the awesome adventure
I love it brother great video i'm glad you had such a good time.
Looks like you had so much fun
I watch your videos all the time and I love them. My dog also loves the scratches behind the ears. Lol however, I got really confused when I seen “Spud Engineering “ I thought someone was stealing your videos. Lol
That bird was grizzley watching over you.
Glad u got out of that awsome footage beautiful wilderness
Does Fern still get those brown streaks on both sides of her face?
If I recall correctly, my Mom used a cotton swab with a 50/50 mix of water and hydrogen peroxide to clean the tear streaks on our dog.
Bedrock what’s that?
Here in lower Michigan bedrock is buried under 4000 to 16,000 feet of glacial overburdened
You can find it in the upper peninsula near the Keweenaw, peninsula , copper country
Best bet here is Lake Superior or Lake Michigan Beach flour gold.
So sad for Pauly because he was so stoked to go out and try the dredger with you.
As a dredger that knuckled in canyon gorge makes me drool for dredging what a beautiful spot
Loved watching your adventures here in NZ, Would have been awesome if the colab had of happen (dam covid). keeping doing your thing, Great content you put out
Always remember dude if you gotta cross swift water always get you a sturdy stick about 6' long to use to brace against current each step.
If you ever get back to the States, Bro', you Hafta check out the Southern Yuba, in Northern California 😉😆👍
Neither can we. I've seen your videos...😎
I love how you push yourself out of your comfort zone pitty it was kind of cut short loved the nz trip you have put out great content keep at it mate
OMFG!I had to look 3x times..1 h 21min of one of my fav creator's..yes pls !Thank you superb video and keep them coming.❤and respect from 🇬🇧
How about a total gold weigh for the trip
It's really suck the chrome off a trailer hitch, but one of your best videos ChrisCo, Thanks for all the 💩's & 🤭giggles ❤👍🏻👏🏻💥😁
Amazing 😍
With all the floods gone through, You should try the Palmer river
Since you are from Australia, any issues with keeping the gold found in New Zealand?
Man trip of a lifetime
When’s the weigh in?
How much gold did you find all together
In Idaho Chris put me on the shiny bits..as a Patreon do we get shout out?
A+ 👍
I'm watching this vid while panning out cons I brought home from Swift river in Maine in December. After seeing what gold is in New Zealand I might as well dump my snuffer bottle in the snow bank out side. 😂😂
👏👏👏
So great vids but how much did you collect 😳 🤔
Question... are you allowed to take your gold home thru customs?
hahaha that tend looks a lil like the mallest brothel possible put on the red light ?? :) greetings from bavaria
Welcome to NZ it sorts the men from the boys 😂 good work
Christopher Lee!? 😆
Things you Don't Do on Any River🤔🧐😆👍
Rerun?
lemon have been squeezed mate 4 nz
Just wondering how much gold you got never seen a way up
The motley crew 👍👍👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
TV show? Must be Benny Hill.
Biggest vid yet
At 30:47 in the video it looked like giant hogweed over your shoulder. Does New Zealand have that very nasty plant? It is a plant, if you touch it, which can cause some extremely nasty blisters. We have it in Canada but it was introduced and has become very invasive grown on the banks of rivers and steams.
You had an amazing trip and I love all your videos but I would personally prefer to wait and watch some of your trips all in one video like this one instead of being split into segments spread out over a couple weeks
I loved it both ways!
I also love both but sometimes I'd like to see his adventure all in one video instead of being split into segments
Have you ordered a NZ invented Pavlova yet?
Not a pain in you butt did u take your fire starting kit and tea bag and cup I always have mine when I go when nature wants to test u she hits u in the face and slaps your hacky sack I new u made it but I was worried for a my fire starter is cotton steel wool shavings and 12 small pine pieces of wood I mean like 1by1 6inches long that's a hot tea little warmth and a boost in the heart just what I do love your videos
I'm sorry I love your content but only a Victorian would say 17deg is beautiful weather knowing he is going to get into the water
Allways pan your moss brother man, you'll be surprised at your findings
Movie star movie star, move over Bear GRyllis the intrepid prospector from downunder is on the loose great moves Chris great 2 watch we learn all the time, the only limits r on our mind, great 4 the soul, good 4 positive thinking, hope u make it back 2 earth Scotty.
I find it 'amusing' to see peeps still wearing face nappies 🤣🤣
You need a walking stick I can walk through very Swift water with a cane
so how much in weight lol
