Looks like Woods Creek close to Marsden and Duganville. A great heritage walk way with great tunnels and workings.

Awesome video NQ! What an amazing place to go prospecting in. Breathtaking scenery and interesting history. Even though it's hard physical work, I find a day on the river to be very refreshing. Sometimes I just sit and watch mother nature and forget I'm supposed to be digging. Thanks for showing us those old GE U-boats! Very nice to see them still earning their keep. Good Luck and Have Fun!

All that water. Exactly the opposite conditions of what I have to work with in Arizona. Our closest water source is about 2 km away, and the next is over 12km. Great video!

if you drove from Arrowtown to Wanaka then Hawea and then on up past Haast to the west coast

G'day Neville. We stayed and filmed in Greymouth, all the sites we visited were the fossicking areas close to Greymouth - in particular Moonlight Creek and Slab Hut Creek. Hope this helps mate - let us know how you make out! Happy Fossicking! Warren.
