I had some trouble at first with getting the right temperature for the transfer design to print onto the chocolate but once you get the hang on it it's so fun! Great tutorial as always Brittnee :)

Oh wow! I’ve never tried it that way (🙊). I’ve bought transfer sheets and tried them with the Oreo cookies ( or was it with the caramel…I forget 🤷🏻♀️) like you did but I wasn’t sure how to do it with the molds.

Hello Brittnee! I have a question regarding white chocolate. I’m using Callebaut W2 white chocolate to create pistachio white chocolate bonbons, but I have a problem that I can see the filling color through the shell. Any tips on how to solve this issue?
My only advice would be to create thicker shells if the filling is showing through! When you bite into the chocolate do you find that the shell is really thin? With W2 you should be fine, it isn't too fluid for molding so that isn't the problem. To create thicker shells use it at a slightly cooler temp than you have been when you mold. Another option if you like your thickness but still see through, decorate the mold first with cocoa butter decorations and that'll block out any other colors!
