How can i begin an online interview to ease the awkwardness between me and the interviewer? What can i say to start? Thanks!

Hi Jay - if you think of the times you've been put immediately at ease - those are the things you want to be doing... so I'd beam a great big smile and say "Hi, I'm Jay, it's reeaally nice to meet you" and then you're away... I hope this helps! Raj
