2:09 situation question: a business problem and which you will specifically help with.
2:47 framework question: should be well-structured and cover the key area
3:28 test your ability to find the root-cause of an issue in a structured way
3:35 the best is to use a hypothesis-led approach
3:44 your first initial hypothesis is the profit issue is driven by revenues. you would then investigate the revenue side of your framework to identify if that is where the root cause.
3:56 once you have agreed on a framework with your interviewer and explored it. They will often provide you data, in forms of texts, charts, or tables.
4:10 Quant-data provided to test your data interpretation and math skills.
4:24 What do you think, the revenue based on the data available in this table.
4:32 to understand if that's where the profit issue is coming from.
5:04 in addition to quantitative question, you have quality question to test the creativity.
5:26 Now we know that the profit decline is driven by a decrease in numbers of SUV sold, what are some of the ideas you have to turn this situation around?
    5:41 recommendations as final deliverable.
