"You are very much enough." I love this!

Overwhelmingly HR, Recruiters and even hiring managers feel it is their job to DISCOUNT candidates, rather than to rule them in, based on skills and experience. They feel that makes THEM morally superior to any lowly job seeker, and of course that makes them incredibly valuable to their employer......They WILL find that one thing they think you don't have, and they WILL rule you out...and feel so proud about it.

Really enjoying these videos, thank you! Please do more on approaching common questions in interviews - like what are your weaknesses, describe a time you handled a conflict (if you're not really sure you've had to handle a massive conflict) etc.

Hi Kayla - thanks! I love the handling conflict question... that's definitely going on my videos-to-make list! Let me know if there are any others :-) P.S I made a video on weaknesses here... ua-cam.com/video/mlAsJgc561M/v-deo.html

Inspiring and informative as usual Mr Sidhu! Loving the outdoor vibes too, a refreshing video, in terms of both the content and the air (I assume).

So nice of you, Mr H! Ha yes... I definitely needed the fresh air ... the thought of recording indoors while the sun was out, made it a no-brainer :-D Raj
