I just got this machine. You did a great job with the step by step. I know the directions are pretty straight forward but I like seeing it actually done. I'm looking forward to your other videos for this machine.

I am used to making everything on my Cricut Maker, but my husband picked up this Brother machine, and I haven't really started using it yet because it looks like a lot more steps to making things with it. I look forward to watching your next videos.
I bought a Scan n Cut SDX1000 just before we went into lockdown for the coronovirus. Lucky because now I have unlimited time to explore without having other activities getting in the way. I had unpacked my machine before I found your video. I tried to cut out some Dyan Reavely Collage sheets. They must be too thin but it made a real mess of it. This was using the standard mat. I ordered a low tack mat to see if that will be easier because these need fussy cutting. I am going to set up a sheet of cardstock and stamp some of her images and cut them out. I have watched your video cutting out the little girls and the birds. Thank you for putting these up. Your delivery is excellent. I am in New Plymouth, New Zealand.
Great video, I've had my SNC for a couple of weeks, there's so much to learn but I love it so much. I will check out your other videos. I'm in New Zealand!

My machine is being delivered today. I already have a Cricut, but want to be able to cut out rubber stamped images as I hate fussy cutting.. I look forward to more tutorials

Great starter video of scan n cut I have the older 350 2 model but I am considering upgrading now. I would love to see more videos first. I'd love to know if you are liking everything it does.

Ive never heard of the scan and cut till now. I use my Cricut almost daily lol. Can u do a video comparing the two? I’m curious as to how the two machines are different & if I need this!
Trying to decide what to buy. Ease of use, as well economical! You said you have a circuit as well. My main use will be for vinyl cutting for tumblers, with you using both which, in your opinion, should I buy? I’m afraid of the extra costs as well. Please help me! Judy Ortmeier
I am wanting a S&C for fussy cutting. Curious to see if it cuts on the line or leaves an edge of white around a stamp. This was a good "get it up and running" tutorial. I have old stamp catalogs of a company no longer in business and want to scan the images and cut them out. If it has lines inside, will it keep cutting every line or just the perimeter of the stamp? Thinking of floral stamps with lots of petal lines that go from the perimeter to the very center and some overlap. I would only want the perimeter cut as when we fussy cut around the stamped image.
I'm doing the face masks and want to scan in the pattern and save to the machine so I don't have to cut them out by hand. Have you done a video on how to scan the image into and save to the machine??

You can choose different cut settings. You can choose to cut just inside of the line, on the line or leave a border!!

Barbara Dumler i haven’t done a video on that specifically, but you just scan it and then choose on the panel to save it to your machine.
