You're supposed to spread the ingredients as you make it so that way when you wrap it, they're spread out. If you do it as you shown in the video, you're spreading everything out to the ends, leaving less in the middle making it a floppy burrito with both ends heavier than the middle. Just, spread everything as you make it. Don't just pile everything in the middle and expect oh I'll spread it out when I wrap it.
