How did you mount Nucular controller to Sur-Ron frame? Its mounting harware is different then on stock controller.

im more curious how you mounted your screen to the bike. Mine came with a mount for it but on the bike theres just a round metal cap where the mount is supposed to go. So im not sure what to do to even mount the screen. Then also the screen has a cord dangling from it with some kind of hook up. For the life of me I dont see where to hook the screen too. So not only do I not know how to put the screen on the bike but I dont know wtf to plug the screen into. Talking to surron shop is like pulling teeth also they keep referring me to instructions that do not relate to my bike. Theres videos to watch but everyone doing installs in the videos seems to have a different setup than mine.
Nucular is cool but you can't order them xD I have been waiting for my quote for over 3 months now. It's almost as bad as Asi when it comes to delivery times...
This is what my neighbour said: Order took 6 weeks and 2 weeks after for shipping but understand much longer lead now now as they have become more popular....
But these guys don’t make you pay anything until your order is up and then they confirm you want it.
Vasily is great to deal with and they are a quality business IMHO mate.
There are a lot of controllers on the market. Is the biggest benefit with this one the data and screen? Or does it actually handle flow more power? I'm guessing it costs more than the usual sabvoton. Is it worth doing a comparison.

Yeah my mate Adam (Surron Australia) has the older Sintech controller that can handle 28s battery haha... we are planning how we will get the maximum performance out of it... not very realistic compared to what you buy nowadays 20s limited but yeah should be wild hahaa

@@BrunoPOWEEER Amazing work caught them early I see.... I ordered a qs273 and have been finding it impossible to get a 20kw continuous foc controller that peaks around 32kw. Everything is about 6 months wait time. Those sneaky Russians (Snatch) getting that Power to Bruno!

Hows the CPU temp look after a hard ride at low speed on a hot day?
40c when the mosfet are only 20c looks nasty. Hows it going to cope if you leave it upside down in the sun at full throttle? With full sun on controller? I bet the CPU shuts down before the MOSFET blow.... Maybe thats good? If it restarts after over temp I guess thats better than replacing mosfets. Not sure. I guess it depends if it interrupts my rides a lot lol.. I might prefer to blow the MOSFET because at least I know I had max POWEEEER..... You can't ask for a better death for a MOSFET.
Better thermal test when you have time please. Really punish it!

Can the motor handle 20kw?
Hummmm yes and no.... it all depends how long you pump 20kW, motor rpm, voltage x current... ambient temperature (in Alaska probably yes, summer in Australia 46 degrees Celsius probably not a going to last 5 minutes) it all depends but yeah certainly can get a LOT of fun with massive accelerations here and there... ohhh yeaahh =]

What battery are you using
This bike we are still testing the Surron original battery just to see how long it will last pushing a bit harder with BMS bypass mod, running at 110A continuous instead of original 90A max
Bike rides waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better with new controller and 110 battery amps

Is it better than bac 8000
Much easier if you’re installing and want to configure all parameters by yourself… ASI BAC8000 for nearly double the phase amps and that means how fast / how much current the controller can “inject” into the motor to accelerate.
I’m saying that lots of people find that the BAC8000 maxed out is too much (800 phase amps) and they end up tuning it down to 600 or 500 phase depending on the riding style.
Also too high phase amps the motor will get hot quicker if you keep pushing it really hard.
Both Nucular and BAC8000 have enough power to fry the Surron motor… the difference is how fast you want it to happen haha
*they both have motor temperature protection but most ASI sellers don’t know how to configure the ASI parameters properly (including lots of big sellers) so they just leave the temp protection disabled and then SURPRISE you just fry your motor just like that…

With the original Surron battery I was doing like +/-82kmh limites to 92.5 battery amps, then I bypassed they BMS and set to 110A and the bike is accelerating way faster it’s easily doing like 84kmh in town and around +92kmh... if I set the controller higher the battery will deliver some but will be damaging the cells with time. Bigger custom battery is needed then yeah 110kmh I think
These guys making 120kmh videos is just peak... I want to see they holding down 120kmh on the highway for at least 10min... this Surron is road legal so need to rate everything continuously for highway use.

7900RPM is way to much for the surron right? The magnets will fly off the rotor. Stock is 5600rpm at 60v and 6720rpm at 72v. You can push max 10% field weakening to reach 7400rpm and this is already tricky.. I won’t recommend it just stay at 7000rpm max.. You will still reach 100km/h with stock sprocket!
