Hi over25! A therapist here and I thought I would answer that last question of what to replace the intrusive thoughts with 😄.
Answer with what the facts are or counter the negative thought with an alternative positive approach. For example "what if I fail?" - Fact: "I won't know if I don't do it" , or "I have not done this before so there is no proof that I will fail". Or an alternative approach to that would be "what if I succeed?"
Another way to approach it is to ask yourself what your biggest fear is if that intrusive thought actually happens. Same example - what if I fail? - ask yourself "what's the worst thing that would happen if I fail?"

Why are some comments triggered by Ivy’s clarity of what she wants? Some people simply know what they want out of life and are bold and unapologetic about it. I happen to also share similar personality traits to Ivy, and even found it interesting that I could answer for her most of the questions. Why some people tend to have issues with people who know their minds has always baffled me.
I felt the same, but I related more to Jules. I pray for such clarity
Most of the time, as humans we project our insecurities to others in the name of opinions. What someone says to you says more about them than you. People tend to be repulsive to what they don't resonate with.

It’s crazy how I relate so much to Jule’s personality and preferences. I think it’s a thing with Pisces and cancers 😂. I’m more of a grey person than ,’black and white’, unlike Ivy. No wonder I’m so indecisive and more of a half-empty person. What’s sad is I think capitalism rewards the decisive people mostly. Just my opinion. I enjoyed this episode. Happy holidays.

Ivy gives superficial traits. Theres more to life than tangible stuff. Things u cant touch and see,which bring fulfilment .
I happen to think the opposite, that Ivy is pragmatic and practical, while Jules and Shikie are idealistic
