But I'm trying to figure out her preparing freezing technique it sounds like she preheat the oven to 170 and let's the buns rise in the oven at 170 and after 20 minutes pulls the buns out and freezes them or it kind of sounds like she let's them rise for 10 mins and then bakes them for 10 to 12 mins? Is that at 350, or 170? Sorry this sounds like a great tip to have frozen buns ready after baking for 5 to 7 mins from frozen I'd like to get it right. Ty

She would have baked them before freezing. Baking first, allows the nutrients to be locked in and not to become oxidized.
