    After 50 years of "Christian" life, YAHWEH opened our eyes...and now our eyes have been opened to whole grain wheat like never before. We are already experiencing its benefits. Thank you.

    I love your videos. I have your Home Ground flour book and use it a lot. I would love to buy more from your online store but I live in Arizona and the shipping is so cost prohibitive I just can’t. Thanks so much for teaching us all about the joy of eating God’s natural food.

    What about the glycophosphate sprayed on wheat?

      None of the growers we use spray anything on the grain.

    Can you use a sugar substitute, like monk fruit, xylitol, etc?

      If that's your preference, it would be fine to substitute the sweetener.

    I loved your talk on what they do to wheat and how its processed and the why of fresh milled being so much better. Do you have a talk like that on sweeteners? How are honey granules and sucannat better than normal sugar? Do they have the same affect on blood sugars? Im just curious.

      Hi. Thanks for your question. This article doesn't completely answer your questions, but maybe it will help answer a few. www.breadbeckers.com/blog/honey-and-other-sweeteners/

    Thank you i have learned so much about the health value of fresh ground flour. I am assuming you can use fresh ground the same as if I bought it in the store in my recipes?

      It is usually a 1-for-1 replacement, but sometimes a few modifications need to be made (such as the amount of freshly ground flour used and such), depending on the moisture and protein content of the grain that you are using.

    Do you need a tool to open the small bucket like the 6gal bucket?

    • @BreadBeckers
      @BreadBeckers  3 роки тому +3

      No, the 1 gallon pails are much easier to open than the large 6 gal. buckets. :)

    I absolutely love the flavour of Hard Red Spring grains for bread. My favourite! I use HRS grains for most breads I make. I get all of my grains from an organic farm in British Columbia Canada. I live in the province of Ontario and I get my grains shipped here. Fabulous!
