I totally love that you are such a nerd. Proud to be one too. This reaction is a double whammy in terms of feel good moments, EC for always having such feel good, funny songs and you with your infectious smile and energy.
I love this little community that Elizabeth and some of the reactors have built... Elizabeth, Julia, Lolli, Chris, Tank, and then Will and Nico and Kevin, Orbit Culture, Ren and Chinchilla...even Knox...its turned into a pretty cool thing...
I think UA-cam considers you a metalhead now, too, Elisabeth! I got an ad for Wacken Open Air before this video! 😃 This cover is really fun, I grew up with the song from Cascada and love this version of it! 🙌 And it's always great to see you have so much fun with a reaction. 😊
It's never stops being funny how everyone thinks that Cascada and their EDM version of "Everytime we touch" was the "original". Amazing how people seem to have never heard of Maggie Reilly. 😄
How much fun are they? I discovered them for the first time with this song.... Total addiction now. Just great guys enjoy all their background stuff as well. Nice to get a good laugh along with great music and good folks.
I just love how excited you get over these metal bands especially Electric Callboy, Metallica and Pantera. Just how you lit up during this song was exactly how I reacted hearing metal for the first time when I was 9.
This is now my new favorite version of this song. It hit so many nostalgic notes from the 2000s. The synth notes, vocoder, heavy metal and screamo just calls me back to middle/high school, and on top of that this is a song I've jammed to pretty much my whole life. Thos makes me happy inside.

I can't think of a single video of EC that hasn't made me laugh or at least smile. They are so over the top and clearly have so much fun making these vids that it's contagious.
Arrow of Love by them, i think you will also love it! I always defended that heavy music is not just about anger or bad feelings, that is not just about distortion (and the crazy calling noise). Screams are about expressing and pouring out ANY kind of feeling as loud as possible, including love. But holy shesh, these guys upgraded to the *next level*!!!
You mentioned how good Nico's voice sounds in this, that was one of my first thoughts on listening to this. Tihs is the reason why I love FckBoi and Hurrikan so much. Now don't get me wrong I love the mixture of the harsh and clear stuff, but he really does sound good when on the relaxed clear vocals.
Do you know the acoustic versions of Pump It an Prism? If not, you should really look them up. Thats what Nico (and Kevin) can really do vocally... if they want to!

Also you have to have some sort of tallent to make the sort of music they do as it could so easily be cringy and just not very good but these guys have IT.
The Cascada track this is related to definitely is 2000ish, but the original behind this is a Maggie Reilly song from the 80's or something - I absolutely like all the versions of this one, it's just one of those great sings that work im a variety of styles 🥰

Hey Elizabeth! Would LOVE to see you react to "Summer Goth". The mix of pop and harsh vocal techniques would definitely be right up your alley! Especially given your affinity for Electric Callboy! ua-cam.com/video/iXNACU9rK9c/v-deo.html
I absolutely love these guys. No shade on their former vocalist who did a great job with the direction they had, but Nico really fits this new direction. I love their vocals. Nico's clean vocals have such a range of textures and he can his natural charisma comes through. No idea whats going through his mind, but he seems so at home on stage or in front of a camera. Kevin is somewhat different. He's a bit more theatrical and often brings the silly to the song and videos. He manages to inject a lot of emotion into his screams. In songs like this, it almost becomes hysterical with the high pitch, but in the more serious songs, it packs some serious power. Electric Callboy have brought the fun in a huge way in recent years. But despite all the silliness, that quintessentially German need for perfection comes through in how seriously they take their music. As a band, they clearly care so much about it. The music itself is earnestly good. They are not a comedy band, and it's not enough to be funny. They put a huge amount of effort into the music itself as a whole band and it comes through on their album, videos and most of all live.
Electric Callboy are always a slam-dunk. Hilarious and talented. (Also, as usual just gonna push one of my favourite bands and vocals "Les Friction" *nudge nudge*)
@@LumianGames That was the first song I heard from them, too! It was also on some third party video and I immediately had to look them up. They quickly became a favorite band of mine after that. If you haven't checked them out or heard of them listen to Opeth. Their singer does both the clean and unclean vocals and it sounds like 2 different people, it's amazing.
I still hear your voice when you're asleep next to me. . it's like saying you can still see someone when you close your eyes. A rememberence of a sense.
“I still hear your voice when you sleep next to me I still feel your touch in my dreams” The song writer is expressing that even when they are sleeping and silent and even when they’re dreaming they can still hear their partners voice because it never leaves their mind and they can feel their touch for the same reason, because their touch is like a dream when they are awake and even when sleeping the love they feel is that strong
They really hit a goldmine when they brought Nico in the band.

☝️🤘
I second this.
I’d totally dig that!
This would be awesome
They put a huge amount of effort into the music itself as a whole band and it comes through on their album, videos and most of all live.
it would be nice to see an analysis of some of his acoustic songs, this band is fun and quality.
Thank you so much for this!!!!!! I had never heard of these characters before and had to binge everything I could find
Thank you for doing this song. Made my day!! Much love 🤘🇨🇦🤘
The joy on your face while watching is infectious 😊 had me giggling
Yessssss finally shes doing a reaction video for this track. Took you awhile 😂👌
Electric Callboy are always a slam-dunk. Hilarious and talented. (Also, as usual just gonna push one of my favourite bands and vocals "Les Friction" *nudge nudge*)
oh boy, I discovered them through a SFM video that used their song "Who will save you now"
@@LumianGames That was the first song I heard from them, too! It was also on some third party video and I immediately had to look them up. They quickly became a favorite band of mine after that. So many good songs. "Dark Matter", "Your world will fail", "Torture", "World on fire", "Love comes home", "I remember". Just of the top of my head.
Woohoo, the reaction we waited for.
Or for this wonderful laughing. 😉
Omg so stoked!
Elizabeth, have you heard the original by Cascada??
Who needs the original when there's an ECB cover song? 😁😋
@@joergojschaefer3521 because she'll appreciate ECB's version more!
Everyone I've indoctrinated into Electric Callboy foretold Kevin's reveal. And I didn't know how much I needed to see someone losing it at his reveal in my life. As always you're a joy to watch, thanks for your analysis!
Europeans should be more familiar with the original by Maggie Reilly, as well as the "original" Eurodance version by Cascada.
They just put out the behind the scenes for this video, its magical!
Electric Callboy, a really good comedy band, 😂😂
They have serious songs too, even on Tekkno, Mindreader isn't a funny song, it's good song, but not funny.
this is one of my top 3 fav songs fullstop Electric Callboy is just sooo good at their craft
The ultimate bromance 😂
This is one of those bands that when I heard "We Got The Moves", was going to be a 15 minutes of fame type thing and yet, they keep bringing it.
As someone who can sing both clean (almost operatic, I still am in a choir) and scream, I am SOOOOO happy I found your channel.
We need more people who can do both type of vocals... But the strain though...
Bottom Line, I love you and your channel, Elizabeth!!! Salam hangat from Indonesia
If you haven't checked them out or heard of them listen to Opeth. Their singer does both the clean and unclean vocals and it sounds like 2 different people, it's amazing.
@@TheGryf0xxx Thanks.... Familiar with Opeth... Never actually diving to listen to them, might try later
I still hear your voice when you're asleep next to me. . it's like saying you can still see someone when you close your eyes. A rememberence of a sense.
The last resort (reimagined) by falling in reverse is AMAZING. There’s so much emotion in the song. It’s so powerful.
“I still hear your voice when you sleep next to me I still feel your touch in my dreams”
The song writer is expressing that even when they are sleeping and silent and even when they’re dreaming they can still hear their partners voice because it never leaves their mind and they can feel their touch for the same reason, because their touch is like a dream when they are awake and even when sleeping the love they feel is that strong
