I have a 200 legend Miller a little bit of power coming out the front end on the outlets just a spot on the welding please what is my problem please help thank you
Could be a low battery if not probably something wrong with the ignition switch or wiring behind the front panel, start with checking the battery and it's good you can test the switch with an ohm meter.
I have a 225 g plus runs fine welds fine but sometimes dies for no reason and it not out of gas wait a little while and it starts up and runs good have any idea what would cause this Jimmyd
@@patrickheaver6943 most likely mouse chewed wires or bad connection inside somewhere... Don't know exactly where to tell you to start looking but take the covers off and have a look around for any broken/chewed up wires or corrosion on terminals. Had the same problem in my years ago.
I have a Miller Legend NT for home use only 1200 hrs on it. It ran fine and welded. I didn't run it or use it for quite a while now, it won't run on high when the run idle switch is on high and won't weld. But sometimes it will run on high in run/idle mode when the switch is in that position. I've changed the battery and installed new brushes and cleaned the slip rings. I've installed a new run idle switch but still the same. While idling, I have 110 power in only the left outlet facing the control panel, the right outlet I get no reading. I am wonder if it may be the PC1 pull to weld module, part#186224 causing the issues ? The welder serial # is:KKO16406 Stock#903528. I can't afford to take it to the welder repair shop here. They want big $$$ just to look at it before it's even repaired etc. Any ideas or suggestions are welcomed and greatly appreciated. Thanks
If it sat for a long time it could be mouse damage, I had that happen on mine and had to re wire a bunch of stuff behind the control panel so I would open it up and check for that first. If that's not it then most likely a bas board look over them carefully and you may see a burnt component, sometimes it's easy to see sometimes not. From there you'll just have to put a meter on everything untill you find what's broke
It is a older model been setting for about 5 years before I had it still trying to get it right just did a tune up and got it running but have problems
@@jacobedwards565 first thing to check is the fuel filter if you haven't already. The one they come with is a bit anemic I think so try putting a better one on and if you still have problems hit me up I'll help if I can.
What’s the part number for that entire governor assembly where can I find one anybody!?!?!?
