Love that you rescued a dog. I am on my fourth rescue. It certainly is a journey. Our current dog is a little boy who was 5 years old and we did think he have a voice. Well…. 3 months later we got a bark box! We are working on him but still love him.
They're gifts! We have only rescues when it comes to cats and dogs.

I like the foundation a lot but don't find it super hydrating. I haven't tried the concealer yet but now that I know you like it I will have to try it. 💕

OK so now you like it LOL even the concealer LOL I was waiting for this video curious about your review because I have dry skin as well I’ve seen other videos about it but not everyone has dry skin. I can’t remember if Melissa did one on this one because she has dry mature skin as well. Well anyway it looks beautiful on you of course there is there are bright lights you know but I think it looks really nice and the concealer looks like it just stayed put and didn’t move
Poor Leia! Sweet baby ❤️ I don't mind if she barks. Once the sun goes down, one of our dogs barks at everything 🤦 I was really glad there weren't any trick or treaters on our street this year ☺️

Hi Rebecca, Utube is doing strange things again, all my notifications are missing from the past few weeks and it’s only loading the current 2 days of videos, anyone else having this problem? I think it looked good on you, I just received my order from Amazon, had to wait for them to restock my shade, can’t wait to see how it works on my dry skin, if it doesn’t work well I’m only out $10, right.🤣
I didn't love the concealed either; I picked a bad color first and foremost. I was able to salvage it by actually using it more as a light weight foundation instead. I don't think I am going to try the foundation...I am thinking about the Joah one though.
I can’t live without my eye cream. I have been wearing eye cream for 35 years. Dr Dray said you can just use your face cream under your eyes, but I have never found one that doesn’t irritate my eyes.
I need a thick cream for my eyes, period.
I didn't like this foundation though at first. But the more I play around with it with different primers and serring powders the more I like it. You just have to play around and see what works best for your skin I think. I haven't tried the concealer yet. I just out a color corrector under my eyes and just cover it up with the foundation. I am 50 and have some creases around my eyes and applied this way they aren't excentuated.

Local Ulta was sold out of most of the Catrice foundation shades. I guess they won’t be restocking. 🙁 I have learned my lesson to not buy foundation on line. Never get a good match. Thankfully still love L’ORÉAL fresh wear which is accessible in store so far.

Between Catrice HD and Tru Skin which to try? Is one better than the other for coverage? Length of wear? Types of finish? I tried a Catrice face care product (a serum with a ferment or other bacteria) and my chin broke out into zits. That went back to Ulta pronto. But I’ve been curious about the foundation (s) as well. Nowadays I expect skin care and SPF out of my foundation but maybe I’ll give one of these a try.
The HD has always been good but back when I bought it, it only had a few shades. I haven't used it recently. I agree that skincare and sunscreen don't need to be in my foundation!
What's the undertone for shade cool cashemere ? Does it oxidize ?
I used to be a fan of Catrice cosmetics but over the past few years, some of their products irritated my sensitive skin, especially those with fragrance. :-( The only one I still use occasionally is the color corrector in peach. I wonder why Ulta keeps removing brands (both high end and drugstore) from their brick and mortar stores?
I'm getting whiplash from brands coming and going. I swear!

I feel you on concealer. I recently broke down and got the Armani power fabric concealer…HATE IT. Why is it so hard to find a good one?? Whyyyyy?!? I think it’s my skin being weird from day to day.
The new Lancôme under eye concealer is getting rave reviews by Angie of Hot and Flashy. I just discovered Tarte Shape Tape in the regular formula and I’m super impressed. It’s become my ride or die under eye concealer. They also have a creamy formula and the thing I really appreciated is that you can purchase a smaller size for $10 to try it out. Fantastic marketing idea.
I have been loving the newish Lancome teint idole ultra wear all over concealer(could the name be any longer). For reference I’m 41 with dry mature wrinkly under eyes. I’ve heard some good things about the new NYX bare with me serum concealer but apparently it went viral on TikTok so prob hard to find. Good luck on your great concealer hunt!!
I haven't tried the power fabric, but I like the luminous silk concealer. And yes, our skin changes- mine hour to hour!

I think I'm one of the few that doesn't care for this foundation. It always looks heavy and drying on my skin and then a few hours later I look like a greasy mess. I don't get it! I'm not giving up yet, but I'm bummed lol

Pertaining to prepping the under eye area Wayne Goss advised to “moisturize moisturize moisturize and then moisturize again before applying concealer.” 💖✨

I use two different under eye creams before going in with the Beauty Pie corrector the which is emollient itself because the Tarte Shape Tape dries matte but I don’t have any creasing after lightly setting it. Meanwhile I have a small drug store from all the trying out of correctors and concealers. 🙃😄😂

The foundation looks okay but the concealer was very obvious and yellow on camera. You’ve had many looks that were better. I heard the hype and might have looked into it if i could haven found it. Sold out everywhere and I wasn’t going hunting. I have several foundations that I love but it would be nice to have a drugstore brand that worked as well but I don’;t think this is it. I’m a light cool pink undertone and am very hard to match anyway. Thanks for another honest video. Good luck with the new dog. Halloween is so hard for some of them. He may have thought you were being invaded by doorbell ringers.
This was definitely on the cool side, but yeah, I would stick with what you have!
