I genuinely appreciate your reviews but esp foundation reviews since I still haven't found a product that I am in love with.....but I plan to try the Purito cica one since we seem to have similar skin type, preferences, and are somewhat close in skin color (except for my freckles). I am about to turn 40 so I naturally have some fine lines to keep in mind. I really appreciate the wear tests and detail that you give on how it performs. Also, I saw your recent health updates and must applaud you on every video you put out. I personally know how hard it is to deal with migraines and back/neck problems (and more). While I appreciate all the content you put out, my biggest hope for you is that you are able to figure out and maintain a healthy balance of work and self-care. It isn't easy and changes regularly. All you can do is listen to your body, figure out what works best for you, and stay on top of it as best you can. I’d love to see a video of your favorite products for a no makeup look!! Like the best skin tints/tinted moisturizers, skin-like concealers, liquid blush and highlighters, etc. Anything you’d use on a minimal makeup day to give your skin a little extra boost 😊

I have normal skin. It is oily in my "T" zone. I wanted to love the e.l.f. camo cc cream so badly because everyone has been raving about it, but I hated it on my skin! It did exactly what it did to Taylor's and I loved it for all the same reasons Taylor did.
A lot of 'influencers' changed their minds about the Elf CC cream and don't love it anymore. A lot of them describe it as cakey, drying and poor longevity. I'm bummed too because I really wanted to try it given that I'm looking for a nice affordable CC cream which is available in Europe. 😔
@@angelrose7451 so curious as to what you might find! I lived in Europe a while ago and always wonder what I missed out on at the pharmacy (I'm from the US)
@@warmgreytenpercent A lot of brands (US) aren't available here or a very limited amount of their products. Elf, very limited, Wet 'N Wild only online and very limited, Milani extremely limited and only online. Revlon, Covergirl I think extremely limited and only online. Colourpop not available. No Target, no Walmart, no Ulta and no dollar store haha. So I'm always bummed to see great products online that are very hard or impossible for me to buy.
The Covergirl foundation is my new favorite. I have normal but aging skin (I’m 37). I call it my bulletproof foundation. I’m sorry it didn’t work for you.
Oh! I really liked this type of review, a few in one, with fully formed thoughts, possibly better than regular ff👀 and especially if this is easier to get filmed!
It’s actually a lot more work because of the long testing periods, different photos/videos, and trying to wear each one long enough 😂 but glad you liked it! I had fun making it.
I really appreciate the extensive in depth reviews. I like to see them applied for sure, but also like that you've been using them for a month or 2. So you know the Maybelline 24 hr superstay? There's a new one they came out with that's more than 24 hrs (not that we'd have it on that long lol) but just curious about the formula. Oh also, have you picked up the new LYS foundation yet? Love you lots xoxo
That's unfortunate for the covergirl foundation. For myself, I'd skip the MILK skin tint and use Paula's choice spf30 moisturizer and Wet n Wild tinted hydrator - beautiful coverage (on my very dry and textured skin) and both can be purchased on sale normally. I searched your vids and couldn't find it - have you tried that Wet n Wild tinted hydrator yet? i'm really liking it. That at the WnW Incognito concealer - ah, chef's kiss.
I have tried to ELF CC Cream and I don't fully love. I have mixed it with the Found BB Cream to give a little more moisture to it. That inky helps so much. Right now, my absolute go to is the Wet n Wild Tinted Hydrator. The shade Porcelain is a half shade to dark for me but my makeup is flawless and it wears beautifully on mh normal to dry skin.
I was so bummed about the elf cc foundation. I had heard everyone raving about it but I swear by the end of my work day it had made my face look 80 years old (I'm 28) 😭
Yeah that Elf foundation is so bad, which was shocking considering all the people that raved about it! Biggest foundation disappointment in a long time.
I love the Milk Skin Tint! Sephora had it on sale about a month ago so I got 3backups. I never set with a powder and it lasts all day ! Beautiful and fresh! ELF cc cream was a fail for my normal/dry skin. Upon initial application, looked great but after 2-3 hrs it looked cakey and majorly accentuates texture.
I feel this whole recyclable idea as good as it is, it’s taking advantage of pricing things at a ridiculous amount because people want to feel good about helping the environment. It’s getting absurd. Anyway thank you for trying all these foundations for us, I have combo skin and I still think none of these would work for me.
I agree with you on the ELF CC Cream. It's great coverage and looks great but it can get cakey as the day goes on. I mix it with the L'Oreal Freshwear and love using it that way.
I love this 5 in 1! I love that you had a ton of pictures from you wearing them not just talking about them! I literally only trust you for foundations!
I have dry skin as well and was excited to try the elf one, and it looks horrible on my skin after a few hours. It's such a shame because it's beautiful when first applied 😔
Whoa. To be honest with you the result you got with the Catrice foundation kind of shocked me. I've never seen something so full coverage have such a natural skin like texture. I might have to actually go get that....AND I DON'T EVEN WEAR FOUNDATION
totally agree about the elf cc cream. the coverage is great and i like wearing it on camera, but day to day i rarely pick it up cause irl... not a cute look on my dry skin. love this foundation friday format!
I need a foundation that’s going to stay on under my mask for 13 hours at work. I used to wear a full face of makeup to work until COVID started bc theres no point in wearing makeup if I’m gonna be wearing a mask all day 😩
I have the milk makeup one and it has been my go to, basically since it originally came out a few years ago. It mixed with the tarte maracuja creaseless concealer are my go-to daily products because the concealer has a similar feel/finish to the foundation and works well for increasing coverage/shade fixing. They also have the sunshine oil which has no tint that I like using as a primer for dryer, more high coverage foundations to keep them from clinging to my dry patches. Very versatile.
@@michadawn234 No problem! I hope you like it 😊 I will say, the concealer is definitely thicker and the foundation gets progressively more dewy throughout the day, but personally I’ve found that using a really finely milled, lightweight loose setting powder (I prefer the HD powders since heavy powders tend to make both products look cakey on me but I know they’re not for everyone) at the time of application works well for me and if it gets too dewy, you can always lightly blot it with a tissue or blotting sheet and it will look almost freshly applied based on my experience. Also, if you want to help prevent it from coming off your nose onto your mask, using a good setting spray typically prevents it and can help tone back the dew.
I enjoyed this style of review! You could even go down to three in 1 reviews. Maybe one drugstore, one mid-tier, one high end, compare and contrast? Also that magenta/reddish eyeshadow looks AMAZING on you, really makes your eyes pop, I could not stop staring!
Mannn, kinda wish I knew about the milk during the Sephora sale....cause I would have 💯 picked it up. ALSO- THAT CAMERA QUALITY. I can see the amount of salt you had for dinner last night! 😂😂😂😂😂 (absolutely kidding) it’s phenomenal and absolutely fitting for our foundation Friday queen! ❤️
OH! I'm so happy that someone else had the EXACT same experience w/the CoverGirl one that I did. I wanted to love it, because there was an ACTUAL shade match for me(NEVER happens w/CoverGirl because all their fair/light shades are wayyyy too pink)... but it just didn't work out. Also, the new Catrice one..I wanted to love that one SO much!! Again, I was excited to have a shade match and it's lovely when you first put it on. Sadly, I couldn't get it to not do the weird orage peel thing on my cheeks by the end of the day.
Thank you Taylor for being honest about the elf cc cream! Every influencer has raved about it, and I thought it looked awful on my skin. I tried it for 6 months until I finally gave up. I was so hoping you would say exactly what you did.

Please review the LYS foundation! 🖤🖤🖤
I’m taking my bath searching for a good video and up pops up my girl! 🥳can’t wait to watch!🙌🏻❤️
I appreciate that you test so many products. You have never led me wrong on a makeup (and also non-makeup) purchase. 🖤
The Milk Makeup is a re-release because they're making refillable cartridges to reduce plastic waste!!
Are they offering the refill at a reduced price?
The refills are out now for $32!
the formula is also different there’s no silicone anymore
@@sophsterbff did this change the foundation at all?
Yes queen of foundation reviews ❤
Oooo, I would love to see a video on the most blurring foundations you use and love! You mentioned you had a few favorites that were super blurring and that would be such a helpful list!
I am buying zero makeup lately because lockdown you know and I am tattoo artist so..not able to work BUT I am still watching because I love your foundation recommendations Taylor xD tysm for this video, take care :D
it feels like Milk mispriced that foundation, if it was $24 it would be totally reasonable 😅
Maybe if it was a full ounce of product it would be worth that. It's crazy how much money they are asking for it though.
I have my final year exam tomorrow and it is 12 am right now but i think i can take a break to watch my fav youtuber and relax for a while❤😘
Congrats!! That’s such a great accomplishment ❤️
Your work ethic and quality of videos is so admirable 💕 wishing you well
Love these videos! And I trust your opinion 100% thank you for your hard work! Also will you please review the NEW Teint Idole ultra Wear STICK foundation from Lancôme? 💛
I love the way that catrice foundation looks on ur skin!! It sucks that my Ulta doesn’t carry that brand 💔 it seems like they have a lot of good products
I got it and LOVE IT. I’m fair, dry, and have fine lines and deep lines in my forehead. I ordered mine on Amazon! My Ulta doesn’t carry anything Catrice in store. I’ve heard other influencers talk about them and I’m like how TF have I never seen this brand in my life?!? Anyway go for it! I think you’ll like it. It’s definitely more full than medium coverage and more satin, not matte like Taylor said. 😊
Finally she reviewed the Elf Camo Cc cream I was waiting for her review for so long. I’m not gonna buy it if Taylor doesnt like it
Every other UA-camr has LOVED it! I bought it and absolutely ADORE it!!! I use it almost every day!
@@andreabeeler5448 I’m not sure on very textured skin though, like every youtubers love the Elf hydrating camo concealer and when I tried it I think it’s good but not like amazing that everyone hyped up. I might like the CC cream to I myself even not sure how it’s gonna work on my skin until I actually tried it
@@parkjiyeon8390 I have very textured skin and it looks great on me! I have combo skin. Try it at some point if you can! You may hate it, but it’s TOTALLY worth trying it at least! I think it’s beautiful! And with the ELF cooling mint primer it works great! I have a few dry areas that are noticeable, but if I moisturize well it can still look good!
@@andreabeeler5448 Yeah I’ve been dying to try it too. I was about to order it from the Elf website to ship to Australia too because we dont have everything from Elf in Australia yet, I really really wanna try the Cc cream and mint primer
I'm 45, so fine lines and wrinkles, and dry skin, and I hated this.
I would love to see you review Sephora Best Skin Ever. 💛🌯
Can you do a video of the best natural\skin like foundations??
Hi Taylor! I hope you’re doing well 🥰 I was wondering if you would consider testing out the Em Cosmetics cushion foundation? I love it! I would love to see your opinion on it too 🖤🖤🖤
I’d love to see a video of your favorite products for a no makeup look!! Like the best skin tints/tinted moisturizers, skin-like concealers, liquid blush and highlighters, etc. Anything you’d use on a minimal makeup day to give your skin a little extra boost 😊
Me: save this video for later so you can have something to watch; you are kind of busy right now!
Also me:Let’s multitask 🤦🏻♀️ can’t wait 😅
Can you please do an updated favorite bronzers & contour shades for fair skin please.
I’m loving this type of foundation Friday format! All the “Fs” lol. Fandamtastic Five Foundation Friday Format! 😂
This is exactly the kind of video I was hoping for! Fantastic reviews, thank you Taylor 😊 👍
Your lashes look so good in the elf cc cream clip
Yes I’d love to know which mascara Taylor was wearing in that clip
The shades on your eyes are mesmerizing - I would look like I'd been crying for days but you look like a dream!!
I appreciate that you don’t just give us first impressions. You try out products for a long time and use them in different ways to see how they best apply and wear. 💙
This video was awesome. You’re so comprehensive in your reviews. Thanks so much for going the extra mile for us makeup lovers!
One good thing about the sunshine skin tint is you can buy refills for it. The refills are cheaper but still expensive
I have normal skin. It is oily in my "T" zone. I wanted to love the e.l.f. camo cc cream so badly because everyone has been raving about it, but I hated it on my skin! It did exactly what it did to Taylor's and I loved it for all the same reasons Taylor did.
I just saw Jessica Braun mention she changed her mind about it. No longevity and caused breakouts.
Same! And so funny. I'm Jessica J also! Haha
Yeah, that foundation is so good on my skin too!
I love it, too!! I don’t have any of the problems she did with it.
It's the only one that lasts all day with a mask for me.
I wanted to try it but it has spf in it which always breaks me out sadly 😩
I just can’t get with that milk price... $20 bucks at tjmaxx maybe. Love the concept though hopefully more brands will follow.
Would love to hear your thoughts on the Essence hydrating foundation.
Can you please try out the Sephora collection Best skin ever foundation?? I can never buy a foundation without your input lol
Yes please, with the concealer if possible. Have a good day. Thanks.
Me too!!
Yes it looks and feels so gross on my face by the end of the day
Same here! So disappointing!
SAME
Me too. I hated it.
You are such a beautiful person, inside and out.
I hope your pain days are getting farther and fewer I between.
I have a yellow undertone and cover girl tens to look pink on me.. no matter how “yellow” they market the color to be.
Thank you for your input! (As Taylor requested.) 😉
Yeah that Elf foundation is so bad, which was shocking considering all the people that raved about it! Biggest foundation disappointment in a long time.
Man I’ve missed foundation Friday. Glad to see this one.
The Revlon one was so bad, I returned it to CVS. 0/10, don't buy it, y'all.
I love with a passion FOUNDATION FRIDAY ❤️ im obsessed with foundation thanks to you taylor 😅😅
Try the Revlon Candid Glow foundation!!!!!!
Exactly. I will never pay that absurd price.
Omg yea, that Revlon one was totally awful! I’m oily & it aged me, showed all my texture & it like “pooled” in my pores. 🤮
I agree with you on the ELF CC Cream. It's great coverage and looks great but it can get cakey as the day goes on. I mix it with the L'Oreal Freshwear and love using it that way.
I can't do the Elf camo because it's wayyy to crease creating. It's not for dry skin
Have I mentioned how happy I am you’re back 🥰 But I hope you took the time you needed, your health is for sure more important 😘
I love this 5 in 1! I love that you had a ton of pictures from you wearing them not just talking about them! I literally only trust you for foundations!
I have combination, oily skin and the covergirl foundation is sticky and definitely doesn't last on my face
I have dry skin as well and was excited to try the elf one, and it looks horrible on my skin after a few hours. It's such a shame because it's beautiful when first applied 😔
agreed!
Thank you for your input! (As Taylor requested.) 😉
Whoa. To be honest with you the result you got with the Catrice foundation kind of shocked me. I've never seen something so full coverage have such a natural skin like texture. I might have to actually go get that....AND I DON'T EVEN WEAR FOUNDATION
It's my favorite.
Yay! I love foundation Friday!
totally agree about the elf cc cream. the coverage is great and i like wearing it on camera, but day to day i rarely pick it up cause irl... not a cute look on my dry skin. love this foundation friday format!
I need a foundation that’s going to stay on under my mask for 13 hours at work. I used to wear a full face of makeup to work until COVID started bc theres no point in wearing makeup if I’m gonna be wearing a mask all day 😩
I would love to hear your thoughts about the Wet 'N Wild tinted hydrator and the new Essence pretty natural foundation. 🥰
That first cover girl foundation with orange top is so bad it separates too much
I have the milk makeup one and it has been my go to, basically since it originally came out a few years ago.
That’s my favorite concealer, your comment makes me want to try the foundation! Also the oil. Thanks for the tip.
@@taylorprice509 I have the Kosas cloud powder in my cart right now. Thanks again, I think I will like it. I have dry mature skin.
I hope you will review the Wet n wild tinted hydrator!
I enjoyed this style of review! You could even go down to three in 1 reviews. Maybe one drugstore, one mid-tier, one high end, compare and contrast? Also that magenta/reddish eyeshadow looks AMAZING on you, really makes your eyes pop, I could not stop staring!
We have the same skin type dry and textured from acne scarring😫
Thank you for all of your hard work! I just adore your videos ❤️
Sadly, I couldn't get it to not do the weird orage peel thing on my cheeks by the end of the day.
girl i leaned forward in my chair the same time you were falling outta yours.....bout had a heart attack with ya
Really like this 5 in 1 foundation reviews. You can cover more foundations, especially during foundation heavy months. 😻💙💙
See I knew Elf CC cream sucked 😂 it wasn't just me.
Thank you Taylor for being honest about the elf cc cream! Every influencer has raved about it, and I thought it looked awful on my skin. I tried it for 6 months until I finally gave up. I was so hoping you would say exactly what you did.
