Thanks for mentioning this!! You are 100% correct and playing both middle was the better play overall. There's a chance they have Alioth, but it's more likely they have Arnim Zola instead.
New players: it would be very tempting to snap after Onslaughts Citadel revealed in the first game but be patient. A good player would pick up on the early snap and use the knowledge of your game plan to their advantage. Great video as always, love the "early series cards in Infinite" vids as they show that you don't need the latest and greatest to be successful in the game. Edit: nice touch using the base cards for the decks, definitely helps it feel a more "authentic" early series video
Thanks and fantastic comment! In hindsight, I think not snapping was the correct decision based on my hand. If I had Onslaught in my hand by turn 5 though, that’s when the snap should’ve happened. Then I would’ve had the game winning line in my hand.
Enjoy your content, so different and informing compared to others. I’m at CL 1,600. Not having the big series 3 cards makes playing clunky. I got to infinite using patriot+ ultron. Using non ability cards with them. Worked well for the climb but feels like you hit a wall once your in infinite.
Thanks! And yea, I tried to stress in the video that it's tough but possible. Since you're still new, it's really important to learn the meta decks and how to properly snap and retreat. Also, this deck is pure Series 2 so adding even just a 1 or 2 Series 3 cards makes any deck better. Patriot and Ultron is pretty good too! If you can adjust to the competitiveness of Infinite, you'll become a much better player going forward. I'm here to help!
There will always be exceptions, but I don’t think that would be realistic. That said… you can definitely win with a low CL. Some of the Series 2 decks are better with only 1 or 2 Series 3 cards subbed in. There are also cards like High Evo that instantly make you competitive. There are people who use the “best” decks and still haven’t won an Infinity border. Having a lesser deck definitely makes the attempt harder, but it’s more about game knowledge and snapping/retreating skill in Conquest.
@@NerdDynamite I watched your how to beat conquest till the end at least twice. CL 4700+ now and trying hard to beat it but struggling; and feel like it’s just basically needing a high number of attempts to win it
@@GmrSlickz Yea…. It’s definitely needing attempts. I think the math is that on average, you’ll win every 1 out of 32 attempts. There will be different people who need less and more. Every other bit of advice I could think of is in that video though, with an emphasis on the losing and time parts 😓. At your CL, I’d think you’re still getting better as well. One thing I heard is that when you watch creators, if you question their plays and also spot when they make mistakes, you’re probably really good. I think it took me a year and a couple months of playing to personally fit that description. And I still lost plenty of Conquest attempts anyway 😂. But good luck! You’ll get there but just need to be patient. 👍
@@NerdDynamite I saw how you reached at 32 tries! at 50% success rate for 5 matches, it takes 32 matches to get the success rate to 100%. That’s absolutely insane. I gotta tone down my expectations then this season. Thanks.
Thanks! And I’d be crazy to recommend using a pure series 2 deck 😂. I mean… I’m definitely crazy but still wouldn’t recommend it unless your CL is super low.
39:05 was a risky play. If the opponent played a Zola left you were screwed. Almost better to Lizard left + Shang-Chi middle? Or even both middle.
Thanks for mentioning this!! You are 100% correct and playing both middle was the better play overall. There's a chance they have Alioth, but it's more likely they have Arnim Zola instead.
They cooked with that arana, brood, symbiote spiderman sequence.
😂 I was shocked and love seeing creative combos. It was super impressive!

You know… I always want to use the base versions for these decks but almost always miss a single card 😭.
Looking at you.. Colossus 👀.
You go with your mathing self there 😂 8:01
The only reason I do it is because I remember it’s a channel to help people 😂.
thanks for these vids. As an f2p player I appreciate it.
Sure thing! I want to help players at all CL levels, from FTP to whales, so glad you liked the video!
One of my fave creators great video as always!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!

Love seeing these early decks as a newer player. I’ve only unlocked some series 3 cards and I know it gets crazy after CL 600.
Thanks and that’s great to hear! I try to do these early series videos every couple of months to help out as many players as possible.
Another great video as always, entertaining and full of knowledge about the game. We appreciate these videos that aren't just the typical meta deck.
Thanks! I've never really been a meta player even before I started making videos and happy share that experience now.
Great vid thanks for showing this
Sure thing! I created this channel to help others so glad you enjoyed it.
Now play this deck until you get gold and ink splits on these cards 😂 you’re a GOAT brother, thanks for the knowledge and entertainment
👀🤣🤣. Thanks! I’m enjoying the process and happy others like the result!
That “Duh” killed me 😂
🤣 I have to make the editing process amusing, so throwing in these jokes makes me laugh.
I'm pretty sure the Marvel Boy in the second game was from Triskelion.
Ah! That makes so much more sense lol. I should've clicked on the card as confused as I was. Thanks for pointing that out!
Do you think it’s possible to win an infinite border with such cards only?
There will always be exceptions, but I don’t think that would be realistic. That said… you can definitely win with a low CL.

im relative new in in pool 3 but oh boy is it hard
Ha! It’s definitely hard and kind of a shock. I speak from experience that if you make it through, you’ll become a much better player!
I was thinking of using this deck to try to reach Infinite (currently 88). What do you think? Either way, great video :)
