I would go with Cull Obsidian or Crossbones. The purpose of Sasquatch is to play him at a lower cost than 6 and be high power for Blob. So any big power card should be fine.

Hopefully you have some success with it! Loki can be tricky but you should be able to catch people off guard.

Thanks! I haven't actually used Arishem, but I think it's still fine as well. The team is fantastic at balance despite the outrage. They rarely nuke a card, and then will buff it if they went too far.

Gorr is actually great in Thanos, but I don't have him. For Caiera, you could go with either Cosmo or Armor based on what decks you're facing.

Gladiator should work because you also have Shang-Chi. There’s also Hope, Phastos, or even Sword Master since he’d only get rid of a stone mostly.

👀 I haven’t heard or thought of the Jane and Phastos synergy… I shall be investigating that idea.

👀 Just a plain bad play 😂. I still had 2 big cards in my deck so Blob would’ve been more points. I blame not enough time getting familiar with the decks I feature. Sometimes I have plenty of experience but other times I’ve only had a handful of games so make these types of mistakes. And Ggs!

Its fun using what they have against them at a lower cost, the unpredictability from our side is also something they have to consider a lot.

Loki definitely isn’t for everyone. It’s not even going through that trouble. It’s also knowing HOW to play your opponent’s deck and also hoping the matchup isn’t something combo heavy like Move where you won’t draw the cards you need. I don’t play Loki much because of all that, but some people love that play style.

Really one of the best cards. Nobody ever expects her… including myself.

You’re welcome! Absorbing Man, Brood, Speed, Sebastian Shaw or any other decent 3 cost card should be fine. With Hope and Sera, you already have energy buffs. I’d try Absorbing Man first since he can double Surfer or even Red Guardian if necessary.

It used to be easy to remember how many cards to expect in deck, but between all the combinations with Agatha, Thanos, and Arishem, I just haven’t bothered remembering. And in that game, I think they stayed expecting me to Zola the Venom. They played to beat that line.

Ah! Yea, the deck is pretty dependent on drawing Deadpool so you have to be ok retreating a lot when using this deck. Sorry it didn’t work out for you!

Ah! 100% agree and thanks for commenting! I noticed after I was done editing and it was too late to add an Editor’s Note. The funny thing is, these misplays give me even more confidence in the deck. When I still win after a very big mistake like that, the deck is clearly powerful enough to overcome the opponent getting a free card.

Yay! Glad it’s more straightforward. Now, the deck coming up this Friday… might want to stay away and stick with this one 😂.

🤣🤣 When I was editing, it was hilarious how casual I was about nuking their Iron Man. Since I record and schedule my videos in advance, I’m always terrified another creator will create and show my exact deck before my video releases. It’ll happen at some point I’m sure. Some of these ideas do seem obvious in hindsight.

@NerdDynamite honestly I wouldn't worry about it too much. In my experience even if a creator does coincidentally try the same deck idea as another creator, they often run a list that's at least one or two cards off from the other persons list, which is enough for me to still give the vid a view. Plus there's always different gameplay, and that's generally my fave part anyway

😂 Very skippable. I do like this deck a lot though. It really depends on what decks you like to play. Doom 2099 will be good but if you don’t like that type of deck, even he’s skippable.

@NerdDynamite the thing is I already love this card and the potential archetype. I was a lot of Patriot guy in a past, so yeah, I miss decks with OG Doom. Now the question is if it can be something more than both Dooms + Wong, or ongoing with Spectrum. But I feel I will get D99 anyway. In the end, it's all about having fun, not just chasing for elusive meta 🫶

One my bestest matches was Cloning Vats, and: T3 Patriot, T4 Patriot, T5 Patriot 😂, T6 Ultron ❤️‍🔥 Man, I got goosebumps even now recalling this particular match 🥰

You know… I’ve considered this but haven’t done it in a while. I’ll make an attempt if the substitutions are clear to me. My recording time is typically limited so it’ll be based on me getting enough different wins with the main version.

My logic may be completely wrong lol. Here’s what I was thinking: Deadpool is at 50 power. He gets destroyed. He is at 100 power. Knull is only worth 50 power while Taskmaster is worth the full 100. That’s oversimplified since there is more destruction while building up Deadpool but I wasn’t about to run all of that math to see if Knull was technically more power 😂.

Whenever I make mistakes, like having game audio muted, I challenge myself to do something better than normal. It gave me a chance to use different intro music and also use official “Oh Snap” audio from different languages. They are great! 😂

I really need to investigate her in PF... People have asked me and that deck is how I got my start. I was also missing Gladiator and it took 4 keys anyway since Peni was my last unlock this week. Sasquatch will actually be in my Friday deck video. Gladiator will be in a future one too but it'll probably be a more expensive deck.

That deck should definitely be doable without Madame Web. My theorycrafted decks have yet to be perfect in practice, so I’ve always heavily changed them after unlocking the card.
