I like that the stalker judges you for killing almost any boss. However the one boss that he won't judge you for no matter how many times you kill him is "Mutalist Alad V" so to me it is the stalker going like "I don't like or agree with you but he did really need to go because he WAS a threat to the solar system"

The Orokin will rise again and the Shadow Stalker will have his revenge! I believe that Shadow Stalker was one of the people who originally controlled the Warframes before the Zariman accident. Actual adult Void-sensitive Orokin soldiers in the Warframes. Lotus manipulated the Tenno to slaughter the Orokin and she will pay it with her life, one way or another.

He watched the bloodshed and slow collapse of his second life. So many emotions run through him but out of them all through both pain and vengeance one stuck out like a whisper in a dark room. Hate, hate for the Tenno who murdered everything and everyone you ever knew. And yet here we stand thinking he's the villain. Can we even call ourselves just for killing the Orokin knowing that?
Zahn Rad well all of the three mass destruction weapons the Orokins created turned back against them eventually, for good reasons or not, so I guess it was only inevitable at this point that at least one of them would bring their demise. Things are just a matter of perspective and point of view in the end.
I like to think that Dax Soldiers who were masters of melee weapons became were suited up with the Excalibur models, Umbra and Stalker could of wielded the Prototypes or had unique versions because of their rank; Stalker has abilities a Excalibur model shouldn't possess and Umbra seems to be made as a direct counter to Sentients
I just want that Stalker mode DE teased where you hop into a random game of someone's and play as him. It would reignite fear of him if someone who was proficient at the game got their hands on him and just whipped their ass.
Since stalker loved the orokin so much, I wonder how he will react when he finds out ballas is still alive. Will it he be happy or upset. I’m sure it will depend on the answers he gets from ballas. Will be interesting especially if ballas set all this up (staging the downfall of the orokin) on purpose
you're not the only one who s got something taken away from you stalker. our mother Margulis was murdered by the Orokin. the Orokin also treated us as monsters but Margulis save us even when we hurt her she loved us.... now that i say it we're not so diffident you and i. you loved the Orokin as a child to parent, much like how we love Margulis. somehow i find it hard to hold it against him hating us.
Well we know for certain he that he was part of the Orokin Empire and that he was a guardian of some kind, so that rules him out of being a Tenno. He was defiantly military, we know that the stalker is a man because of the male voice and the fact that the lotus directly refers to the stalker as a he or him. In regards to him most likely not being Tenno it's most likely that he volunteered for the warframe project or after the orokin were slaughtered the stalker found some way to turn himself into a warframe. That's the canon knowledge available to us at the moment.
My theory is stalker is just a low guardian then the tenno attacked and the orokin lost and the tenno won so he infected himself with a helminth disease and turned into a warframe the stalker who now stalks kills hunts dividing the tenno numbers cataloging their sins but he couldn't defeat them except for Loki he bonded with hunhow and hunhow bestowed upon him the war great sword pakal attachments pakal syandana but there was a moment where the tenno controlled the warframe to carry it he instead of killing both of them he hesitated and looked at his hands wondering what he has become
It's possible the male voice is just the Stalker "frame" and the "tenno" controlling it was in the first place a woman. DE never shies away from making twists that are that weird.

One theory is that he was somebody like Teshin, an Orokin subsidiary not directly related to Tenno. If he was a Dax that'd be the reason why he didn't or couldn't do anything while Orokin were slaughtered - he was told to stand down and a Dax cannot defy an order as we've seen with Teshin. Afterwards fueled with hate he reached out to Transference - consciously or not - and ended up "possessing" a Warframe like Excalibur. Because only Tenno can maintain complete sanity while connected to a Warframe, Stalker-to-be ended up merging with the suit. Alternatively he was one of more successful attempts of non-Tenno using Transference to control Warframes and he already was "Stalker" during the Orokin massacre.

Zahn Rad Weren’t the Orokin going to kill the Tenno anyways? They didn’t really need them anymore now that the war ended.
