I remember reading these shortly after they came out when I was in MS and HS and loved them. Legends was my favorite series for a very long time behind LOTR and the Belgariad. It's nice to see some videos about this era of fantasy! So many modern booktubers think there was nothing good out there before the Wheel of Time (they're wrong), and this series was definitely one of the good ones!

Here's hoping you one day get to meet Margaret Weis! Wow these brought back the memories, great books!

I started Dragons of Autumn Twilight today for the first time in nearly twenty years. Absolutely formative books. I needed something to battle book hangover after of David Mitchell's Bone Clocks. Nothing like a good amount of nostalgia for the job.

Fantastic video! My fantasy journey began with Dragonlance many many years ago. Now that I know you have such good taste, I am going to check our your books.

Brian, I’d love if you did a video on your reading regimen. How many books do you ready a year? When do you read? How do you fit reading around your writing?
I’m a wannabe writer but find I often cheat on my writing by reading. I get in about a 100 books per year but based on your videos I’m thinking you read triple that in a year.

Finally getting to finish this book and I'm really enjoying seeing and being there for what ultimately caused the cataclysm.

Dragonlance is making a come back btw. They are writing a new novel :) (Trilogy). And it's very fun that Dragonlance is being mentioned in a lot of novels. Soulforge by Margaret Weis is my favorite novel of all times. It's bsaed on the growing up of Raistlin (and Caramon) but mostly Raist. There was a sequel called Brother in Arms Also by Margaret Weis and her husband.

Hiya Brian! Mike pointed me this way, so I'm stopping by!
To this day when I think Dragonlance, I pretty much always think of this trilogy (even more than the original one). It was important to me in my teenage years, and is absolutely fantastic.
Definitely gonna check out more of your stuff.
ps - How bout that Darren Waller though? ;)

Random and unrelated to the video. I just bought your book. It's been added it to my stack. Gonna read it in the next month or so.
Also. Really liked the time of the twins trilogy.

Maybe you can't do Vin Diesel, but you do a great Stallone! :)

How did you like Legend of Huma by Richard A. Knaak? it was and still is one of my favorite Dragon Lance books of all time. It basically set up the world of the Twins lore. I really wish Hollywood would get off their lazy rumps and start making more original content, instead of remakes and sequels. This book made into a movie would rock imho.

@@B.LEE.DbrianleedurfeeREVIEWS I highly recommend it. Richard Knaak is a very good author. He also wrote Kaz the Minotaur and other very
      good books.
