I’ve always been fascinated with orchids. Walking pass the floral section in the grocery store, I’ve also been curious to how many and what type of orchids there are out there. For you to show the many species, I’m shocked by how many and how beautiful and unique each one is! Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to making these videos. Please continue to make them whenever you feel called to. Maybe it just takes time for people to appreciate.
I’ve been watching your videos for many months and just discovered this amazing showing of your blooming orchids! Beautiful! I’m beginning to build a small orchid collection and find your videos so educational, fun, and inspiring!! Thanks Danny! Great show!! Can choose a favorite- each one so special and beautiful!! Thank you!!
I had about 8 different coloured orchids including 2 dendobium orchids, but this year 5 of them died beacuse of mealy bugs, i tried to wash them outside with hosepipe, eventually they died..
They all look fantastic! I am a Phal gal, but surprisingly, the Ludisia discolor was among my favorites this time, despite not being the showiest flower at all. The contrast between those gorgeous striped dark green velvety leaves and the large amount of tiny white flowers is very elegant, what a beautiful display! I know her flowers are not that popular, so I have to give her my vote this time (sorry Phalaenopsis). Veeeery pretty orchid!
My Mini Mark is fragrant but not all the time, usually little bit older flowers are. For me the fragrance is the strongest in the morning and also after watering.
I have a Phal that appears to be sending out a third flower spike while the other 2 are still blooming. One of the 2 spikes have continued to bloom for about 1 year due to 2 secondary spikes after the main spike lost its flowers. I attribute this to the fertilizer concoction I created. Another Phal has its flower spike starting to send out more potential blossoms after having stopped doing that a few months ago.
Hi Danny Yeah my favorite Phal. is the winner of January 👍🏻 I just had to buy myself a new Phal. Anaconda as you might remember mine got crown rot due to thrips. I just couldn’t wait for a keiki. 😅🌟
Question about the bulbophyllum mastersianum: is it a good beginner bulbo for someone who wants to try those for the first time? I love these type of flowers, especially in orange! Would they work well in a self watering setup that never dries out?
I have a mature cattleya that has not bloomed since purchased over 2 years ago. Any suggestions? My environment is tropical most of the year. I keep my orchids under a covered terrace with bright light all year long. I recently discovered your Chanel and have enjoyed every episode thus far.
... probably I did not read and/or see all of your spendid descriptions ... when and why do you choose which substrate? ... sometimes Leca and sometimes Pine (or some Mix)? ... this would be very, very intereresting :) thanks for your fantastic channel :D
What do you do when something finally flowers and it isnt the correct purchase? Contact? Or is it just part of the risk? I have a bunch of orchids and some succulent caudex/seeds that haven't grown enough yet. I'm nervous!
hmmm , i think orange is also as me , your favourite colour, i my wrong Danny ? , and yeahhh ;you have a few sublime ones i would like to own in my collection to , i really love your video shares , don't ever attempt to stop sharing them , i would be missing a lot in my live , you inspired me always and i like to hear the sound of your voice , so peacefully 💓💓💓💓,Carl Belgium
Hey, I found your videos from researching desperately about to give the first 2 orchids I’ve ever owned (both phalaenopsis) a good life. I live in Southern California, they were originally planted in moss, I’m trying to figure out which media you would recommend for me. I desperately need a recommendation, the roots are not happy at all
My husband bought me a mini phal completely white, even the lip but the she has a big lip. I researched the name of it because I know it only from big phals. Do you guys maybe know the name? Thank you so much ❤
I STG I wish I could be a fungus gnat on a inflorescence in your grow room. I ❤you orchid queen. Btw you're sounding older n older through out the years, I remember being in 2016 n you sounding younger ,my omy the years are flying by
Hi Danny, love your videos. However, I’m not a fan of the leaf transition. It would be so much better if they looked like orchid leaves. The current leaves look similar to marijuana!
I really enjoy the paphiopedilum judge Philip looks really similar to the Philipenses

The Gongora and the bulbophylum are my favorite
I love these monthly series! Keep it up!
Those are lovely and colorful orchids.
They are all beatiful but my choice are Tricophilia suavis
All wonderful!! Mini mark is my favourite
Rhyncholaelia Glauca is my pick. Gorgeous PLUS intense fragrance. Although you can't beat Angraecum Sesquipedale even if he's suffering.
Second this.
Your gorgeous dandelion yellow dendrobium with feathered edges. Love it.
Loooove the Trichopilia suavis😍😍 deserves a spotlight! Hope I could get my hands on it one day, definitely in my wishlist

Superb orchid collection.. I really enjoyed it.. Keep it up. 🌹
I had about 8 different coloured orchids including 2 dendobium orchids, but this year 5 of them died beacuse of mealy bugs, i tried to wash them outside with hosepipe, eventually they died..
Magnifique! All of them! Mostly I like: Prosthechea NoID (Elfin) - so beautiful and exotic (eccentric) :)
00:24 My orchid is currently blooming after nearly 2 years of waiting (northeast USA) & it looks similar to this one😍
They all look fantastic! I am a Phal gal, but surprisingly, the Ludisia discolor was among my favorites this time, despite not being the showiest flower at all.

My vote is on the Angraecum sesquipedale. I love how it looks like it has one bead at the base of each peddle. Lovely show, thanks you Danny.
Danny, your orchids are stunning!
My Mini Mark is fragrant but not all the time, usually little bit older flowers are. For me the fragrance is the strongest in the morning and also after watering.
Thank you for the orchid show. I miss going to orchid shows!!😢
All your orchids are beautiful. My pick is Dendrobium Harveyanum. I love the fringes. ❤️💐
All are amazing. Den. harveyanum is my fav this month. So unique!
protsthecia NOID looks like a bunch of squids and I love it

Trichopilia suavis is my choice. All of them are beautiful...💜
They are all my new favorite!😁
My vote would be D. harveyanum, Trichopilia suavis but they're all beautiful.
Such a Beauty 🥰 Love your Videos, watch you from Honduras 🇭🇳
How do you choose just one when they are all so beautiful.
Our garden center is still closed. This will be great to watch!
Choosing between the Quedlinberg, the T. suavis, and the trick or treat was hard this month 😭
beautiful as usual..love them all 🌱🌺
I love the tricopelia suave. Can you tell me where you got your matching nail polish? I loved the combo!
Where do you buy your orchids
She buys them online...she has mentioned it like 1 or two episodes ago, please try to check them out. (Dani is mentioning Anco in this video)
Nice show my favorite is sunflower one
Hi Danny
Yeah my favorite Phal. is the winner of January 👍🏻
I just had to buy myself a new Phal. Anaconda as you might remember mine got crown rot due to thrips. I just couldn’t wait for a keiki. 😅🌟
Epicattleya is first always... second Phal. Sogo Grape and third ceratostylis rubra.
Thank you for showing off all the lovely blooms in February, Danny. It’s just too much orange and yellow...
Paph Judge Philip!

D.harveannum is the best.Hi from Trinidad W.I.
Danny: Bulbophyllum has a swampy smell.
Me: Living in Florida in a swamp. I know what you mean 😅
This was a hard month to pick a favourite but I did narrow it down to Chester.
... probably I did not read and/or see all of your spendid descriptions ... when and why do you choose which substrate? ... sometimes Leca and sometimes Pine (or some Mix)? ... this would be very, very intereresting :) thanks for your fantastic channel :D
I love to watch your videos, they are making my day!! Could you tell me where do you find the brassavola orchid David Sander?
I wonder how long the flowers should last?
LOVE the Mini Mark. In fact I love it so much that I ended up buying it (hauled it in a recent video) and I'm NOT a Phalaenopsis person.
♥️all of them, d. harveyanum👍, ~ how long flower last?
What do you do when something finally flowers and it isnt the correct purchase? Contact? Or is it just part of the risk? I have a bunch of orchids and some succulent caudex/seeds that haven't grown enough yet. I'm nervous!
awesome orchid
Tough to pick one this time; but I vote Dendrobium Berry Oda 🌸💜
1 vote for Bulbophyllum mastersianum

I think I like the bulbophyllum the most. And I don't get why my ludisia discolor classic version has only one vein in the middle of the leaf 😭

8:50 ..Danni the only reason you didn’t care if she bloomed last year is because she is purple! lol! I’m joking 😂❤️
