Because when he FIRST awakkened he had pudple eyes ( which conmects to your crown chakra, ( Enlightened, living in the moment, and having amazing clarity.) and remember when gear 5 luffy also had his eyes changing colors episode 1071? And they showed that scene twice... Just thinking that what if his eyes change colors based on his mood? Luffy feels like one of those non intimidating final bosses with a insane transformation mid fight

More accurately he'd be one of those annoying secret bosses with some seemingly unbeatable gimmick you have to figure out before the fight really starts. While he casually throws around moves that could one shot you/your team on occasion until you eventually find a way to deal him damage.
Those bosses that will activate state 2 even if you kill them

Exactly. He got serious with kaido for 5 minutes and killed him with 1 punch. Luffy needs to figure how to not let joyboys personality get him distracted in fights

Luffy was at full power. The reason round 1 was so different is because he was obviously dicking around too much since Kizaru wasn't a threat to him. But now that the situation has become more serious you see Luffy actually trying.
He did fight rob lucci before that he was fighting non stop he could very well be dicking around or not full power
The fact that the Gorosei moved out of the NPC position shows Luffy made it to the last stage

That was in the pre-timeskip and that idea stayed alive because in the first 2 arcs the big bads Hoody Jones and Ceasar weren't impressive Combatants so people didn't see the full extent of Luffy's power, but after Dressrosa it really came into perspective.

Zoro was close to Luffy until katakuri fight then the gap widened up due to future sight.
Zoro closed that gap when he got Enma as Enma drew out his latent Conquerors haki and gave Zoro a shortcut straight to Advanced CoC.
But then Luffy got the Prison time physical buff and Advanced Armament buff increasing the gap.
Then he got Advanced CoC, which basically put him beyond Zoro. At that point he outclassed Zoro plain and simple.
Then add G5, Luffy is now washing Zoro.
All Luffy needs now to be pirate king is complete mastery of G5 (No old man deflates) and more usage of Conquerer Haki with Coating(To Deal with Teach’s DF negation) and he’s Roger’s Successor

Luffy is insanely powerful but something tells me we haven't seen the final power up. I think Luffy will have a CoC power up. Shanks has an ability to negate future sight but I think luffys CoC will encourage/power up allies. Mihawk did say Luffy has the ability to make people want to help him so my head cannon is that he'll have a power up of that regard

no? I'm pretty sure they're all relative to each other. If you put up Law/Kidd up against any of the Admirals besides Akainu. It's easily a coin flip. Laws/Kidds Abilities + Endurance are Admiral Level.
