Labour only got in because the lunatic fringe is actually GROWING, and split the Tory vote by voting Deform.
Add the Deform total to the Tory total.
Truss only got booted because of this. Her constituents (former) appear to be right wing nut jobs. The Tory/deform vote dwarfed Labour’s.

Not to worry - Farage and his band of mutants will quickly demonstrate how little they care for actual MP work (I can't see any of them turning up to Friday surgeries with their constituents or answering emails about bin collection, can you?). Farage even said he was solely planning to be "a bloody nuisance" in Parliament, which is kind of antithetical to what an MP should be - if he ever shows up at all, that is, because he had one of the lowest attendance rates of all 751 MEPs. It did concern me that he seemed to be making thinly-veiled threats in his pompous, gloating victory speech, though.

It's nice that the Tories have lost, but Reform has won some seats and plenty of Tory held seats could have been unseated if the people who voted Lib-Dem and Green used a bit of common sense and voted tactically.
