He's not from this planet, it might be unsafe for him to remove his helmet in our atmosphere. I'm sure exceptions could be made for medical reasons.
There is no dress code but normal buisness attire is recommended; advertising, branding and medals are not allowed. Also, "anyone showing flagrant disrespect in their manner of dress may be asked to withdraw from the Chamber." So I honestly see no issue in Count Binface's normal attire being an issue, seeing as it's standard business dress for an intergalactic space warrior from the planet Recyclon.

To be really fair Binface is satire but he is right the postmaster thing is something that could be really easily fixed and very quickly. In the scheme of things it is expensive but also in the scheme of things its something that is easily sorted it rights a wrong and it gives the appearance that Labour wants to fix things
