To the point. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing.
Im having code p0050 on a holden captiva 2008 petrol. Iv changed the o2 sensors and checked that im getting power to the leads but im still getting the same code. Heater control circuit. I cant figure it out because im getting power chamged sensors.
Hello sir, im having this trouble on my ford fiesta 2011. I replace a new o2 sensor, after i did, this code appear and when i start my engine, there will be some white smoke come from the sensor. How is that?
This my problem now after we replace the o2 sensor now this error pops out
did you sorted it out? i have the same. old sensors, no problem, new sensors both throw the same error.
@AlexanderAbraham90 well I bought a original one cost 18k here in the philippines 🇵🇭 and now the check engine is gone ..
The first one I bought is not original that 12k here in the philippines 🇵🇭 but the seller said it's original but it's not
@@joenelsaracho4836 i was afraid about having the same issues, bought the cheapest i could find. thanks for the reply!
I tried replace one of the wires and a fuse that seemed burned. Now my engine is smoking
speek so fast 😮😮😮
Can this cause rich running issues?
Yes. A faulty heater circuit means the ECU has no control over fuel mixture, the engine is running in emergency mode (the fuel mixture is set according to factory default tables, not according to what the O2 sensors are actually reading), and this might indeed result in the engine running rich as a result based on other factors involved (for example if your engine is actually getting slightly less air than the factory default mixture setting assumes, the final mixture in emergency mode will be too rich).
@@Case_ I have this error on my after cat 02 sensors will this still effect the fuel mixture? My pre cat sensors are 100% fine
@@dexietyy7922 In that case it's rather unlikely, as downstream sensors don't usually affect fuel mixture. It can happen on some cars, though, especially more modern ones (where the downstream sensors may have an impact on fuel mixture for environmental reasons), so only someone familiar with your specific car can answer that.
