Your video was extremely helpful to me. I've been looking at various steppers, both twist and non-twist, reading comments and watching videos. I didn't realize that the thigh rub was less of a problem with the twist steppers until I watched your video.

I have the white stepper but I want to adjust the hieght but my knob is stuck and it’s not twisting. Or coming out . What do I do?
