that 6+2+7 has CHANGED MY LIFE (for the better). Been doing it consistently since I saw this video initially a couple months ago. It helped a lot with dealing with my small children on our current Disney trip. Thanks Mr. Johnson!!
Try this, while inhaling for 6 sec imagine soaring up in the sky like an eagle. During the 2 sec while you hold your breath imagine floating in space or under water then while you exhale for 7 sec imagine going down in a roller coaster. Add feelings to this imagination process. Repeat it whenever you're stressed out. Your brain will become better oxygenated and start seeing things from a calmer perspective. Substitute these experiences in your mind's eye with whatever pleasurable experiences that you would like to achieve a higher state of calmness. Thanks for the video.

Controlling the breathing patterns works well but not always when I need it in a crisis situation. What I realized is that with consistent practice throughout the day it makes me feel more centered and grounded and as a result I can react better when crisis comes!

This "pink elephant" trick works for sneezing (at least for me). When I'm about to sneeze I usually think of a raspberries (it can be anything) and then I just don't sneeze. I know that sounds nuts but it works for me

I like that you have the big ideas on the board but to me it seems unnecessary for us to watch you write things like aim aim aim aim aim when you could just act it out or something. I've seen you write things before when I feel you could have just spoken or acted it out. Just a few thoughts I've had, maybe they're a little too critical, but hopefully you can make some use of them. Your videos nonetheless are top notch in quality and I'm thoroughly enjoying them! :D
