Before watching this I got into bed feeling very down and ruminating and after decided to jump to changing my identity (asking what my ideal self's standards are when I am feeling down) which catapulted me to a different feeling and resulted in me going to the gym for a great mood boost. Brian - suggest you drop 'rock it', 'rocking it', Rock Stars - its jumps out and is out-of-step with your the general high level of articulation you deploy. So it sets up incongruence and I'm sure you don't want that.

Very good way to present your notes . You got a better attention (from me) than using the board. . More visual , some actions with your pen, more feeling through your voice . suggestion ..add some colors, shapes, images to go with some titles and you will reach a broader range of learner style .

have you notice (i'm sure) that you have 7,093 view with this video . way much than your presentation with the board . I feel that seeing you (even if you are handsome) distract our brain ( mine , being a kinesthetic learner ) on the purpose of your message . . May be present the board , then show your notes ....however make sure the camera is not moving to much .....ok i will stop my creativity here. That's my thing to be more efficient in what we are doing . Aloha !

I think another reason this video has more views than the ones based on books is that I am helping people solve a very specific issue (in this case, confidence) whereas the others are more general/multiple various ideas.
