red text is from the qurio spots you deal enough damage to those areas they pop giving more damage

when anomaly monsters do that big red aoe explosion it means you didn't do enough damage to beat its damage check.

I'm hot garbage at LS xD I'm also super fucking jelly of LS counters have s pffft must be nice not wait 9 years to shealth your cb to have to super man dive valstrax ambush. I've Tried to side step it with 5 evade window doesn't work😂😂 it would be was way cooler if you could just guardpoint it😎

I know you dont use LS often, but as a word of advice from a LS main, Sacred Sheathe and Frenzied Bloodlust do not pair very well together. Since Frenzied Bloodlust loses the additional wirebug when you sheathe your weapon and the playstyle you're using uses the Sheathing mechanic.

No this is wrong, as sacred sheath does not count as a regular sheath for the sake of wind mantle or frenzied bloodlust (they remain active until regular sheath).

Based off the comment I don’t think you’re a long sword main. why would you a sheathe your weapon?
- sacred sheathe doesn’t count as sheathing
- frostcraft can be charge when using sacred sheathe
- heaven sent level 1 for sharpness
Summary: there’s no way you ever need to sheathe unless you run out of wirebug (to collect new one on the map)

Even though it doesn't work that way, I would be inclined to agree with you. I just tried a build with Frostcraft, Frenzied Bloodlust, and Wind Mantle. Because you need to sheathe in order to get the benefit from FC, which resets WM and FB, I found it to be more trouble and more distracting than it's worth. I'm having a much better time with just Frostcraft, Wind Mantle and Wirebug Whisperer. With the Wirebugs you get from your Palico and the extra regen from WM and WW, it's sufficient enough. Plus it gives you more room for other skills.
Edit: I didn't realize at the time that Frostcraft would charge from Sacred Sheathe. That makes Frenzied totally viable to me and I now run it on any build that can utilize it.
