Monster Hunter Sunbreaks Longsword Buffs Are Juicy

Hey Everyone!! In todays video i bring out the longsword for the first time since the buffs to harvest moon and take it out for a spin, still not great with special sheathe but it is progress. Hope You Enjoy

I appreciate the candid nature of your videos. The rage at bad or missed inputs resonates with me. Learning when to Strongarm on each monster with GS has been rough.

Using LS or Bow are my favourite way to learn monsters attack patterns. Counter or die, if die get good and counter (a bit exaggerated but you get the point)

alot of the attacks that you were looking for a follow up but didn’t occur was because he wasn’t in red arms mode. eg( straight line punch follow up happens in red arms. the stationary 3 punch combo only has a follow up in red arms)

LS is just fun for me tbh. I really like learning monsters and when to counter ive had 150hrs with it now and im starting to really come into my strides (:

How do you put away your weapon and not lose harvest moon? I play on Xbox idk if it’s behind on a title update or not

Console is on title update 3. Title update 4, 5 and 6 will be coming June

Was there a reason for the buff? I was under the impression that the LS was strong enough in Sunbreak

LS hasn't been "strong" for a long while i'd imagine the buff was so more people would start using harvest moon since sacred sheathe was so dominant

yeah that'd be my assumption, also just makes it a lot easier to use for most the playerbase

Pressing the trigger and nothing happening plus doing the wrong input kills me inside so I learnt Charge blade instead

As a CB player, sometimes direction input isn't registered and i miss SAED a lot.
When i pressed switch skill (L2+∆+O), sometimes it's registered as CPP (L2+O).
Funny that this is happening a lot after TU5.

I play both LS and CB and think CB is worse with dropped inputs.

@@somethingsomething7679 I think the game has always had a problem with dropped inputs. Especially inputs that require multiple buttons pressed at the same time.
