Hey DG i suggest you to try full atk augments on the sword and use the lv1 rampage Wirebug Jewel (it does stack with Wirebug Whisperer, giving up to a total of 147 seconds (2 and a half mins) to keep the third Wirebug)...so you don't have to upgrade the rampage slot and you can spam more couters and skills for more DPS 😊 it could be an option✌🏻
Heaven-Sent is somewhat nice to have but you can't rely on it because you get hit once it's effect is gone. Always have speed sharpening 3 with you too.

Tigrex being pronounced canon like tee-grex bothers me so I say tygrex anyway. I think it was spoken in MHW or some other not old game. Monster Hunter Stories 2 maybe? I have the same issue with Tidus' name in FF10.

If you have at least 1 lvl of of Blood Rite( you have 2 already), you don't need to get hit by the monster to activate Blood Awakening. It work like Health Regen in Iceborne, so even at max HP it still work. You just need to hit broken part of the monster for the 'lifesteal'.
If you're referring to the segment about furious rajang, he needed to get hit to get bloodblight since there were no broken parts to activate blood rite. But otherwise yes you would be correct and DG states as much in the intro
Ngl i dont like this build simply because its too dependent on heaven sent to get the dmg buff and sharpness back. On top of that for some odd reason my Wirebug Whisper doesn't work properly, no cooldown on the wirebugs, in fact the cooldown is longer for some reason, so I can't parry as much because of the WW glitching out, which disrupts the dependency of heavensent because you cant get hit in order to get it to proc. Im not saying its a stupid build, I'm saying its not working. Maybe something's patched.
So I love the long sword build you do been following you forever bro but I got to be honest I love your play style but it’s a little rough for me because my timings are not that great with the counters so the sacred sheath set up as what I have been doing but with your build basically I was wondering if you were to find to the Sakura slash and Sakers sheath set up. How would you go about building that basically the same way you are now with probably frost craft because I do way better with that place style and I just wanna know your outlook on it if you could help a brother out that would be awesome, I feel like I could be doing so much more damage but I’m not that great with. I guess you could say men Maxine or knowing what to put on my build
How did you get mail of hellfire without losing other skills on the armor? I’ve been grinding for a long time and haven’t been able to just get mail of hellfire.
a late response but he probably chose lucent because it has better deco slots and base purple sharpness, and he isn't worried about a high poison stat but just applying it
@@Wbrosco so I'm looking at both and the Luna has more white sharpness more poison damage The narga blade has much better slots and a bit more purple sharpness. But I think both would work fine. I feel like that low 14 poison just doesn't sit well with me

lol - yeah, THERE'S TOO MANY 4 SLOTS - never thought that would be an issue - but... you can always toss a 2 or 3 slot deco in there if you must :p also, i qurio'd some extra armor to get a set of full 3 four slots.

Can anyone let me know if I'm messing up on augments I go to do normal augments because the special augments get rid of skill with new skills so that's what I assume what to do. I know about the whole %'s on the so called skills but I have not gotten mail of hellfire solo with normal augments instead getting kushalas blessings and valstraxs skill
Nope. Heaven-Sent is not in the augment pool for the augments. Believe me that is the skill I looked for to tie with Blood Awakening. You can actually see what skills are available in the skill pool by pressing in the R stick when you’re doing the augmentation. I’m curious since the final update is here for Sunbreak, what do you want for Monster Hunter 6? Do you want the RNG to be based on Charms like Sunbreak or back to Decorations like World?
@@Voidio2454 Yeah I remember how people complained about the decos back during World/Iceborne because they can’t craft builds because they’re missing some decos. I kinda like the charms though because you get multiple skills and more slots too. I’m torn on which I prefer but I can adjust to whatever Capcom implements. The thing they need to do is make the RNG be tied to the investigations like they did with World. It is annoying tying the charms to the gacha melding mechanic. Just make it a loot reward for a hunt >.

I always found it weird to complain about the grind in a grindy game XD. I think I would still prefer the charms though. I don’t think anything can match up with the surprise when you get a wonderful god charm like Crit eye & Crit boost with slots. Augmentation would be a nice option too!

People who say MH is a grindy game obviously only came in during World, XX or 4U, where they added dumb RNG endgame mechanics to increase "player engagement". It never needed to be a grind, nor did it use to be. That being said, if there ever was a grind? Charm RNG>Deco RNG any day of the week. People butthurt about charm rng are only angry because they can't get the absolute best of the best sets they want to achieve. Cyclus melding basically guarantees level 2 or 3 of the skill you're aiming for which is enough to get started with many endgame builds. Deco RNG is so much worse because you cant even start building without the right decos.
14:31 when you put out harvest moon it counts as a hit and you can special sheath or foresight slash right away.

How do you get these flashy effects? When i hit a monster it doesnt even feel like i do anything because theres barely an effect
Blood lust like agitators in Monster hunter world it so good
But the primal weapons have the ability that strengthens any attack with blood rite

Bloodlust for greatsword and longsword is too good man. Personally I run 3 bloodlust because it’s just such a consistent free affinity source man

MOH can be gained by using the more advanced augment system. But sometimes you’re going to have to lose a skill because it’s a strong skill.

The RNG should definitely stay with charms since they're less integral to the builds.
