    Love the pendulum sweep. Great tip on how to bait him into raising the leg you want. Thanks Coach!

    One of the sweeps I use more often here in Brazil. However that variation with both of his knees touching the ground feels safer to me. Great technique!

    On the elbow to thigh open: I too was the guy of guy that would never open in my life, then one day a partner of mine sunk his elbow so deep into the flesh that i got an hematoma the size of coconut inside on my inner thigh and could not train for 3 weeks.

    Hey I tried doing this and it didn't work my partner rolled my leg that was sticking up underneath where his arm was and he layed back and put me in a knee bar. Did I not do it fast enough or not the right technique?

    • @TheGrapplingAcademy
      @TheGrapplingAcademy  3 роки тому

      More reps……..this is a basic commonly used technique even at high levels. If anything you may use it to attack the leg bar on him from underneath!

    this was a really good tutorial. Had a lot of useful details in it, and explained everything really well. Only complaint is the audio lol. I almost clicked away because of it, but I'm glad I didn't. And you kind of forget about the audio after listening for a bit anyway.
