I need this for my 68 Buick eletra
What size fuseable link do I use for the main power wire that feed the fuse panel?
What I don't like about this kit , is the bulkhead connector only allows partial engagement , as the bolt limits this travel
It is impossible to fully insert the connector , when installing to confirm the pins all align , due to the bolting method,
So if the pins are misaligned , you won't know until its too late
Hi, Is anyone have a video where shows how to install , need to haver more visual aids.
Thanks

Del,
If you reach out to our tech guys at 800-423-9696 or at support@painlessperformance.com they'll be able to get you pointed in the right direction on this.
Where do the circuit get the main 12v from? Is there a 12v stud for battery cable?
The main 12V feed for the fuse block will come off of the starter and will have a MIDI fuse in-line to protect the system.
? I’m using original wire harness standalone Engine harness How do I go from what I have to connecting to what you have to the rest of the truck
Enrique,
What truck are you building? Our chassis harnesses will cover all the chassis items, headlights, taillights, ignition switch, headlight switch, heater/AC power, etc. Tying our chassis wiring into a standalone engine harness is pretty easy, usually standalone harnesses just need to see ignition switched power.
Hello I have one of this wiring why I’m not getting spark?
Sergio,
Sorry for the delayed reply! Have you contacted our tech line or gotten this handled?
I need the whole wiring harness set up for a ‘86 Monte Carlo ss , what’s the best option for me ?

Any of our dealers like Summit Racing, Speedway, Jegs, Affordable Street Rods, etc. will carry our offerings. Our 18 circuit Customizable kit starts at $229.99.
Can You guys do any Harness?
We don't do anything one-off or custom, what are you working on?
does this work for an 84 chevy 4 door dually?
Your best bet for that truck is going to be our '73-'87 GM truck harness: www.painlessperformance.com/wc/20205
@@painlessperformance Thanks
Would I be able to use this for my 90f250 I do t see why not I’m just 2nd guessing my self
We generally don't recommend installing these in anything that came factory with EFI. If you could find a standalone harness to run the EFI/engine, you likely could fit this to the chassis. That said, you'd have to reuse your factory connectors and we aren't going to have any schematics or info on the '90 F250 on hand.
@@painlessperformance it’s got a 12 valve Cummins I’m looking to just get the head lights heater and windows working
@@treggudbranson9975 our p/n 10202 will have all the circuitry you need, but you'll have to retain the power window harnesses and tie them in, use factory connectors, etc.

@@painlessperformance you guys are amazing thank you so much
I bought a painless wiring harness and had a question. Do I have to buy the engine wiring harness or will the harness I bout cover the hole jeep
Shaun,
Sorry for the late reply, our chassis harness will cover the chassis and engine so long as you are running a factory style engine. If you are going with fuel injection you will need a harness to control the engine.
painless needs to make how to videos because their tech call line is sad
Sorry that you had issues, it is rare that we hear complaints about our tech line. Could you shoot us an email at marketing@painlessperformance.com with specifics and we'll make sure to relay the information and get it handled? Thanks!
Terrible oroduct . I won't ever buy it again.
