I noticed, on 'X' (Twitter) recently about Hunter. However, if he was using marijuana at the time and it was legal to do so where he was using, then he was using a legal drug and thus can't - ok, shouldn't - shouldn't have lost in court. Most especially if he used/uses marijuana medically.
Does any gun law prevent purchasing while on any given prescription drug? This definitely needs to not be true.

You should report on the secret service showing up to the gun shop and requesting the ATF forms. The owner refused to give it up. They were going to destroy the evidence a few years back to stop this on behalf of "the big guy".
