“After shaking hands with French President Emmanuel Macron, Joe Biden appeared to … tried to sit down on a chair that was not there,” Mr Morrow said.
“We don’t need what we just saw there. We need leaders who project strength, not whatever this is.”

I work with seniors with Parkinson's and dementia, and Biden has typical physical behaviors of both. His wife holds his hands to guide him, and when he tried to sit down on 'nothing' she held her hand over her mouth to correct him. His gait is imbalanced and awkward, he walks like a manequin, and his gaze and concentration are impaired. He is not physically or mentally acutely cognitive to be in his position, thus the Biden team is trying desperately to cover up his inequities, that are all too plain for us to see. This man is about one stage from long term care. It's very disturbing the state of American politics. 🇨🇦
