I'm looking to get a neck brace, probably a leatt gpx 4.5. I only want it really to support my neck cause after a while my neck gets super tired and i find my head leaning in long fast bends. Would a neck brace perform this function? Would it support my head round a corner? This may be a dumb question but i cant find anyone answering this online
Some of the thicker ones might help with this as a side effect. But their main function is to limit the whiplash effect during a crash. I would think the best thing to do would be to strengthen your neck, so it doesn’t get so tired.
If I mount the camera on top of my head should I keep the camera standing up or should I bend it a little bit down?
Definitely face it slightly downward. I have mine mounted on the chin of my helmet, so I have to face it upwards slightly.

Hey Tyler, thanks for your comment. I’m currently working on a video about my physical preparation for my first race event for the year. My first race is this weekend, so there will be a few videos about that very soon too.
The neck brace can help from whiplash but with limit your neck from moving in a flip which is very unnatural and can cause you to pull or dislocate your neck
BS. There is not evidence to suggest there is any negative consequences to a neck brace

@@TheNoobKarter the go kart is almost finished, it has honda's motorcycle 200cc engine, the body I have built myself, the max speed of go kart is 102mph my plan is to reach to 110mph so im still working on the body and trying to put some downforce and make it lighter I have been building it for three months and im also 13 years old so all the parts i get are used and I fix and clean them by myself. it's not easy as buying already built go kart.

Would you recommend a neck brace for a track car?
use a HANS device if you can

You don't want to roll the car and flatten the roof with Hans on
great recommendation for the shoes definitely gonna get a wrestling shoes, just in case 😂
What helmet do you use?
My helmet is a RXT, which is a local Australian brand. It is a motorcycle helmet, but has good ventilation and a good chin shape for my motoradds chin GoPro mount.
@@TheNoobKarter update from USA, "track days" at SIM Raceway in Sonoma won't allow a motorcycle helmet. K1 sport by bell racing is a good entry level helmet.
Can you link some cheap but good onces? My budget is 200 AED on the helmet
Search in demon tweeks site on google , they have every motorsport equipment and are diverse in terms of their brands , they have a range from 70-500 usd !
