The twist is that the Irish were just flexing hard on the Russians. They were causing interference to cause the Russian to ask Vladimir to talk louder
Damn Foil, that American accent is spot on! As for region... Gosh, it’s tough to tell. TV accents are sort of standardized, more taught than developed organically. Probably closest to some Californian dialect, it’s very Hollywood. Definitely not valley or oakie though... Gosh I need to get my head in the game here.

Sorry for being picky but 'Mikhailvichov' would be pronounced 'Mi-hi-al-ovichov'
Not 'Mik-hail-ovichov' (and anyway you would only see the ending 'ovich' in a middle name to represent that you are the son of so if your dad was called 'Mikhail' then your middle name would be 'Mikhailovich') and again sorry for being picky, it was great performance (and my qualifications with this are me being from Russia e)
