Lal bhopla chalto. Tyachi upwas bhaji, bhoplyache bharit dahyatle is nutritious and has fibres too! Breakfast la rajgira lahi with 1 cup milk is good. Ratala is also good substitute for potato! We have thalipith with little danyacha koot, kakdi kisun, kothimbir ghalun with lal bhoplyache bharit for lunch!
