Excellent TRX for mobility & flexibility as a stand-alone workout or to tack on to a shorter strength or cardio workout. Definitely add to your regular repertoire.
I've been following your videos for a few months. I've injured my shoulder 2 months ago which led to frozen shoulder, and my physiotherapist told me to stop all weight training exercises that will strain my shoulder but need to stretch as often as I can. I just tried this video and my shoulder is immediately feeling a lot better! Thank you so much for sharing. You're a life safer!
Hi Amy, long time follower but first comment: I love TRX and it’s been a lifesaver since gyms have closed. Love this flexibility workout!! Can you do some new workouts that combine TRX with dumbbells, kettlebells and/or resistance bands?
