If you already have the pot, you can get a splatter screen and a kitchen spider for close to the same cost and use them for so many other things. Is it cute sure but it also takes up space that I can use for something else. Not a fan of Uni-taskers.
I think the stores have raised the small appliance prices for Christmas.

A pot and a slotted spoon works better and is easy to wash.
How do you clean it?I opted for a small stainless steel mini deep fryer... because I was afraid that your choice would be impossible to clean
Very economical for smaller portions , my larger fryers use a gallon of oil 😢

Maybe the warning should be, "use common sense, not for stupid people ".
