Daniel is so real...very authentic; nothing fake about him. He is truly a phenomenal actor but a great human being too. Can we talk about that beautiful smooth ebony satin complexion! This brotha is sexy, intelligent and thoughtful. His whole mood shifted when he reflected on Chadwick Boseman and I could truly see what an influential person Chadwick was to people who encountered him. Truly missed.

I enjoy Speedy's interviews because he creates a good atmosphere and asks good questions, you can tell he does his homework on the person. But it doesn't seem like he does the homework on the subject matter that he's talking to them about... i.e. reading Pres. Obama book, watching the movie (and yes, he could have seen it before it aired, that's a privilege the press gets)...once he gets that down, he's going to be amazing! I can definitely see him having a TV show.

23:30 Boxes are why the worlds so messed up. Society created boxes and then people don't feel like there's a box for them, so people try to create new boxes instead of realising we were always too complex to limit ourselves with divisive boxes. Whenever Hollywood nominates a black movie have to look and see why? This is a great movie for blacks to see how the they used us against each other, our adversaries also see how to dismantle us. They didn't give Denzel an Oscar until he was a hoodlum that had a cop badge on film, and Halle Berry until she degraded herself on film by having sex with a white man. I think this is a great movie that our brother was in we have to take away the positive of what the black panthers was about.

YESSSS SPEAK THAT ,I Mentioned this under another YT Video/thread..I'd been SAYING this for a good minute. AS MUCH as I Love Denz and many of his Movies Training Day probably was the 1 movie he did that I practically Loathe the character (SOOO ROGUE) it was Ridiculous! Same w/Halle ..
I was Not all enthusiastic abt her &Denzel's Winning of those Oscar's ,Mainly bc for as MANY YEARS they BOTH had been in the Ent Industry & all the body of work they have done,THAT'S THE ONLY/BEST role (s) the Academy could come up with to give them an Award for A Thugged out crooked/Rogue Cop & a desperate sex crazed Bed wench semi junkie prototype ???? REALLLLY Y'ALL..SEE ,SO I understand your statement to a T.
I Hope everyone he steps up to do Roles like Get Out or B. P The ACADEMY steps over that body of hard work & be so eager to reward him playing a Rebel on the run cop killer &Controversial character that gives WhyT ppl an excuse to "Box or typecast" him in the realm of that role.
