Great series idea. Especially great since you acquired it by supporting the G.A.L. Really enjoy watching your videos.

This should be fun! It's a real fixer-upper! I have a couple a project guitar with a side crack, so I'll pay close attention!

Enjoying this channel. I don't play classical guitars, more of a jazz player, but this is certainly making me want to pick up a classical guitar and learn to properly play.

Is it possible to reset a Spanish heel neck joint without being too destructive?

I love your content and presentation style, but FOR THE LOVE OF JESUS keep the camera angle steady - you really don't need to switch angles every 14 microseconds.
    (Anyway - looking forward to part 2 :) )

Nice video Marshall, hyped to see the results. I have a guitar with nitro finish that got cracked due to a sudden temp change, is there any fix that doesn’t imply refinishing it? I live in a small town with no luthier, so I don’t really have a professional to consult in person.

Is it just a finish crack or is it cracked into/through the wood?

@@Matthew-tr6io The finish, it’s the cobweb-like thin lines all over the top. I know some consider it a desirable look as far as to try to replicate it, but I’m not digging it.
