Don't think you missed anything out there. 🙂 Mind and body working in tandem = the mind focussed and present. I like it 🙂

Sometimes it feels like we are going in the same circle , we’be come so far and yet it seems like we are ssooooooooo far away , my family can’t keep a job she’s become emotionally hardens to every relationship outside of her head . And it’s like she has one foot in her beliefs of distrust , anger and solid belief I. It being real but also one foot in knowing that it is apart of mental illness , the hardest part is trying to tell her that she can get past this and not suffer or sit in it

It's a tug of war. Just knowing they have the illness doesn't mean much if they can't pull hard enough in the opposite direction of it.
It's also not only feeling like going in a circle, but that's literally what's happening. I call this channel the morning mist because that's what schizophrenia is like. It's a mist that you can't see in, and so you're lost wandering as you try to find your way out. But it keeps you wandering in a circle while it hunts and haunts you like a predator hunts its prey. The only positive here is that the exit can appear at any point along the way. Patience and hopeful persistence are your allies. It's not about how long the journey is but more to do with how long you can keep your hope standing and shining bright.
Try to be a heart and a voice that is more interested in your family member than the illness. You've sowed the seeds of hope in her heart, now allow time to take root. Just be a loving family member she can talk to about her day or whatever else. If she doesn't want to talk, then tell her about the positives in your day. Just be that voice, that light she can follow through the mist. Just be patient. When you sow a seed into the ground, it doesn't sprout right away. It takes time and the right conditions. That's where you're at right now. You're a gardener. You just need to water and offer light, and stay the course. Have confidence. Good luck

Hi! Hopefully, you're feeling better. If you're still in distress, the first thing I'd suggest is reaching out to a health care professional. Before reaching your appointment, try some calming methods like i suggested in the video. Remind yourself that these are just illusions and can't hurt you beyond what your mind allows them. Don't fear them. Don't be hard against them either, telling the voices to shut up or argue with them. Or if people are reading your thoughts, seemingly, don't resist the feeling. Let them read (it's only your perception) and beyond that there's nothing else they can do. There's really nothing to fear. Focus your mind and energy in the direction you desire, not where you don't desire. It's a tug-of-war. Pull in the direction that you would consider victory. Be consistent and persistent. Don't lose hope. Don't shrink. Take a few good, deep breaths and embrace the energy that you want to hold you. Hopefully, this helps.
