When in the course of human events, it becomes self evident that it is Monday, one simply needs to see a multitool review :D Check out the text description box for multitool shopping, plus some new Buck Knives that just came out. Enjoy!
I weirdly dont have a proper multitool (leatherman raptor as a paramedic doesn't count), but I really need solid, proper scissors on one as well as good pliers. This one fits the bill better for tools I need better than any other good brand. There's even an upgraded one with locking saw, reamer, and better steel on the blades. I ordered one of those. The corkscrew is actually very much something I wanted, too
Never hear of Roxon till today. Thanks! Not too impressed with the S801, however. It needs more locks. (I'll stay with my Surge in the warehouse.) And, the humor is great, as usual! Thanks for the thorough review.
Because the nail puller is weak, I would suggest only prying it up enough to get the pliers on it and use them for the final pulling. Other than that, not a bad tool overall, considering the price. I like the scissors,,they are probably the best selling point.
I love your channel man ! Reviewing a lot of cheaper alternatives or the real deal! ... I’ve been wearing the wingman for a long time and I stumbled up on that Roxon ... I might give it a try
after using it for 5 months, I'm a little disappointed with some aspects of it. The blade is already dull from mainly cutting up cardboard boxes. The nylon sheath is a bit torn and belt loop already deformed, so I don't expect it to last too long. The scissor is still awesome, which is probably its only redeeming feature. I don't think I would buy it again, but it's ok to keep in the car for emergency purpose.
Excellent review! I also wish it had more liner locks, and a pocket clip but overall I like it. You reviewed a couple Henstrong Multitool tools, I noticed an interesting one on their website & Alibaba products. It holds a ferrous rod & looks cool, I think it's called: HenStrong 5cr15mov steel multitool knife multi-function survival tool with wine opener. If you ever get one would love to see a review. Thanks for all your great reviews!
I was just reading the HenStrong company profile on Alibaba it says they make gear for the Chinese SWAT teams & public military officers. When you scroll down after selecting a product it says they have a good business relationship with Gerber & some other big names/retailers. Interesting company imho
Hey great video, I went and bought the ONTARIO MARINE RAIDER BOWIE and took it in the backyard for some heavy chopping and chipped the blade from the tip to about an inch down the blade !!! They are using a 1080 carbon steel now instead of 1095 carbon steel.I don't know if it is the steel or a bad grind? What do you think?
Thanks, I ordered one. I plan to convert one of the tools, like the hook or the nail puller into an awl. I like the full 3D phillips. Incidentally, I pre ordered it on AliExpress for $34 and they required a $6 deposit for pre-order. I figure the $10 it saves me can be bette spent elsewhere. Like bandaids. :)
Another great one man! Very entertaining and not too horrible of a multitool for someone just starting out. But if your already into Leathermans or Victorinox then your going to pass. Think the Leatherman Wingman might compare? I think it's around $40 or $50. The bit capability and shears do set the Roxon apart.
Thanks for all the cool videos! I noticed that you are left handed, me too. Is there a multitool that is lefty friendly? what is your take on that? It is difficult to me to find something that fits to my needs.
I hear ya! I've found that the best thing is to try to become more ambidextrous, over the years of doing the reviews I've pretty much learned how to do a lot more with my off hand.
This has a lot better scissors, so the main reason one might choose Ganzo would just be if you want one a multitool that is a bit smaller and easier to carry.
Ganzo g302b for: Replaceable wire cutters 2 more bits Serrated edge Awl Only reason to choose this roxon is big scissors and how many times you actually need big scissors? Or just having a Micra with g302b solves scissors problem :)
WeAllJuggleKnives you have slow Down your vidéos per week i m sad but i do understand .....you have a Life😀 What will be your New rythm once a week 3 per month because i miss your videos
That one looks pretty useful. I bought a wingman last month to sort of replace my blast that I've carried ever day for a lot of years and all go can say is im glad the wingman was on sale and only cost 23.69 out the door. Its ok I just don't like it at all. Anybody reads this and wants a trade hit me up. Pleeseee lol.
Juggs: So I look it up on Amazon. $48 bucks then I see a pic of the exact same thing on Prime for $43bucks, sold!..My wife just ran screaming from the room, mumbling something about new shoes!
I'm glad you got one! Some listings might include the bit kit and some not, so make sure to read any fine print. A lot of people already have one of those bit kits anyway though. Now, about the shoes, make sure they are strappy high heels and you're set to revitalize the marriage!
Nail pull on a multitool: NO! Not unless both the pull and the housing were titanium. Look at the Gerber CenterDrive nail pull. For many, it will eventually snap in use. It has already. I suspect heat treatment is not consistent. How Roxon has done their heat treat, obviously I couldn't say. BUT--I no longer assume that Chinese MTs are automatically worse than American MTs. Or American MTs made in China. With the materials and the heat treat question, is the connected question of durability. I have 20+ year old Leatherman and Victorinox. Will a Roxon be a long term durable tool? Pass a few dozen out to the IDF Armoured Corps tank crews, and we'll know. Wave and Surge have already come out with top marks. And I know that the Chinese could produce an excellent MT if they cared to break into the high end market. And convince us to pay a premium price for a Chinese tool. Clearly Roxon is a good step in that direction. Like Ganzo. Great Review--thanks!
always showing off obscure tools man i dig that, always good to see an upload
thanks, my bro!
Thank you for the video and support! We truly appreciate it!☺
Roxon listened to your criticisms and improved this product.
Yes indeed, they have added a lock for the wood saw.
When in the course of human events, it becomes self evident that it is Monday, one simply needs to see a multitool review :D Check out the text description box for multitool shopping, plus some new Buck Knives that just came out. Enjoy!
Got Lionsteel M4 M390 and Bark River 1V Machete
Both work great
As a Brit, I always look for a corkscrew on a multitool.
Your excitement when you saw those bottles was very apparent, don't know about multi tool but you sure making us drink our problems away haha
So much fun watching the reviews sir keep up the good work!
Thank you for watching!
I agree, the cork screw can be replaced with a tool more often used.
Dude, you are so funny... Love this video. I just bought this tool and man....for the price. I'd say it's worth it!!
Excellent! Yeah, this is a budget gem, for sure!
I weirdly dont have a proper multitool (leatherman raptor as a paramedic doesn't count), but I really need solid, proper scissors on one as well as good pliers. This one fits the bill better for tools I need better than any other good brand.

Welcome! Yeah 2 or 3 more locks would be great!
new model has more locks and improvements
This is one of the best multitool review. Thanks for the video
Because the nail puller is weak, I would suggest only prying it up enough to get the pliers on it and use them for the final pulling. Other than that, not a bad tool overall, considering the price. I like the scissors,,they are probably the best selling point.
Yeah definitely!
When U said SHANK, I thought of a prison shank, ugh. This tool has a great idea. Have not seen that exact approach...I like it.
I love your channel man ! Reviewing a lot of cheaper alternatives or the real deal! ... I’ve been wearing the wingman for a long time and I stumbled up on that Roxon ... I might give it a try
Thanks, bro! The Roxon is a very good multitool, they lowered their price to $35 after my review, so I like it more now :]
Hi, it is possible to exchange blade in that pillars ??
hello and nice to hear from you again, wajk.
Looks like the bit adapter will also fit on the drive of a 1/4" ratchet type tool as well. Great idea! not sure if it fits with the wine opener.....
Roxon came out with the S801S, which is the second version of this, and its saw can be locked. Sadly, the corkscrew remains.
they replaced the pry tool with an owl too
after using it for 5 months, I'm a little disappointed with some aspects of it. The blade is already dull from mainly cutting up cardboard boxes. This looks like it is well done, and well thought out. Thanks WAJK
Welcome, buddy!
Wonder how the shears do against the Ranger grip 71 gardener. Great video
I was just browsing that, it is interesting that it is even larger than the other XL SAKS, I had not noticed that until I read the stats.
Excellent review! I also wish it had more liner locks, and a pocket clip but overall I like it. Thanks! Multitools that try to integrate a firestarter are always of interest, I'm still waiting for some company to do it well enough to recommend!
I was just reading the HenStrong company profile on Alibaba it says they make gear for the Chinese SWAT teams & public military officers. When you scroll down after selecting a product it says they have a good business relationship with Gerber & some other big names/retailers. Interesting company imho
+1 for the wire cutting test, please keep in for future reviews!
Will do!
Can you review Multi-Tool Ganzo G301B?
compare this one with nextool flagship pro, which one is better ?
I like the ruler on the handle; they all should do that :)
definitely
I'm impressed. May have to pick one up
That’s not just a corkscrew, is a full on waiter’s friend. If you’re a wine drinker, this would be the best ever multi-tool!
True! It's waiter's friend with benefits!
Could you review the condor operator bowie
One of your best videos BRA!!! thanks
Thank you for watching!
Is there a way to put a clip on it
Hey great video, I went and bought the ONTARIO MARINE RAIDER BOWIE and took it in the backyard for some heavy chopping and chipped the blade from the tip to about an inch down the blade !!! They are using a 1080 carbon steel now instead of 1095 carbon steel.I don't know if it is the steel or a bad grind? What do you think?
I'm sorry to hear that! I didn't realize they have changed the steel.
How is it’s weight next to the Charge?
It's about 10 ounces, whereas the Ti charge is around 8.9 ounces according to Leatherman. So the titanium helps there.
Can the bits work on the roxon phantom?
Great detailed reviews and humor. thumbs up
Thank you, bro!
6:16 How in the hell could you know? it was in another language but pretty much you called it.
Would you recomend this multitool for me as a biker?
Yes, the pliers would be useful for making adjustments.
"It works well, if you do. Which I don't" Best catchphrase of 3 years ago.
Thank you :] I have always stressed mediocrity dressed in the finery of enthusiasm :D
Have you seen that MPA29 multitool?
Yes, I like it, good design, it is also available as Schrade ST11, Coleman Multitool, and Outu Multiool.
Great review thank you ! Only real interest is the corkscrew NOT MANY multitools have one and it’s amazing how often you need one !!!!!
Really awesome Multi-tools video!!!
Thanks, friend!
@@WeAllJuggleKnives you're welcome!!!😊
I am buying this, this is a really good tool... If it breaks you can easily buy another one.
Excellent, I'm glad you found something for you!
My wife walked in while on that wife tangent and man did we both laugh
The file is the wrong way around, if you could turn it around, it would fit the window breaker better
How's your roxon now?
Good! Still a great brand, lots of offer, their thinner Knife/Scissors Multitool is excellent too.
bottle opener easy to find when your drunk guys about time someone thought of that .
“I do my trigger warnings differently, I do them after the fact.....” 😂
This vs ganzo 302b ur take?
This has a lot better scissors, so the main reason one might choose Ganzo would just be if you want one a multitool that is a bit smaller and easier to carry.
Ganzo g302b for:
Replaceable wire cutters
2 more bits
Serrated edge
Awl
Only reason to choose this roxon is big scissors and how many times you actually need big scissors? Or just having a Micra with g302b solves scissors problem :)
Need for hammer, light, drill, pinset. That fire cigarette lighter is nice
The saw does lock on the more modern Roxon.
That is a shame, I do want to try the newer one though.
You're using the wrong side of the saw to strike sparks :)
2020 : the nail puller was replaced by a reamer
And I'm in due to the corkscrew
Few tools have them and other useful tools, like this one
Great flippin review holy shit a sharp blade on the off brand oh yeah lol. Not bad of a tool at all man. 🤘😝🤘
Thank you for the review bro
Welcome, friend!
Corkscrews can do a helluva lot of things. And who doesn't need to pop some wine once in a while eh
Like the Surge best, I have 3 with cutters that be replaced
Surge is awesome, I want to upgrade mine to the blackout model, they didn't have that back when I got mine.
Dont care for any of the black tools, rubs off so easy
I put the 3rd surge in my bat belt =P
BTW you seem funnier / happier lately...get a new chick or take up drinking ?
The long the video the funnier it will be, because I get bored :D
Usually a good chick makes a guy happy like this =P
Ordering multi-tools triggers a divorce? What's that link?
Thanks a lot from Russia ✊
Welcome, friend!
good review as always
I am watching your videos as a gift you offre to us ........gear maniac 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you!

You should do a top ten tool box multi tool video.
I probably should, ton ten videos are really popular right now.
Yes they are.
That one looks pretty useful. Welcome, friend
Cet outil est vendu par aucun magasin en Finlande.... c’est triste. J’en voudrais un.
Possibly you could order it on Aliexpress?
I thinks its better than the low prized Leathermans (i am owner of a Wingman).
Corkscrews always seem to be a waste of space in my opinion but who am I 😜
Yes if you dont drink wine, imaging camping with a bottle.
👍🏻
Welcome to the channel, thank you for watching!
fantastic

excellent pour son prix.
j'en ai un et il est bien fichu dans son ensemble

I don't speak English,but you cool
Not watching Multitool Monday on the WAJK channel? Thats just unamerican!
Aww yeah!
I like the nextool flagship pro than this one.
Yes that is a good one, I had the non-locking model, but recently I picked up the locking blade model as they now have them on Amazon.
@@WeAllJuggleKnives and i think the scissors in the nextool is sharper than roxon's? Coz I got mine and end to end of the scissors is sharp.
@@WeAllJuggleKnives any tips how to sharpen line cutter and scissors in case they need to be sharpen?
I also tested wire cutters and the steel cutters at the bottom of the pliers in nextool, they are so great.
