clear content, great practical informations, nice pace and nice presentation. very useful. so far my favorite of these type of videos. i will follow them for my future trips. thank you
A curfew??? That was super lightly mentioned right at the end but definitely needs some elaboration! Never heard of something like that until now in any country
Yes hah! All bars and restaurants close quite early... and you generally need to be back at midnight! Some places don't follow those rules and you'll hear about them in Luang Prabang for example...
Please? What do you do about money? I guess that there aren't many cash machines? How do you travel with a few thousand dollars in your backpack? Or something else?
There are lots of ATM’s! Especially in the tourist hot spots. We usually get the max out of the ATM (which is around 200 US$) and use that until it runs out. If you plan to go off the beaten path, make sure to get cash before you get there
One small criticism for otherwise very helpful content. When you say things about how fast the trains are and how slow the buses are it would be much more helpful to give an example of exactly how long a train vs bus route would take to compare. "fast" and "slow" doesn't really tell valuable information! Same thing for "cheap" sim cards, how much were they?
That’s constructive feedback! Thank you. We’ll keep that in mind next time 😁 I think the SIM card was around 10US$ for the month but with like 30GB of data or so!
Wow, absolutely breathtaking scenery guys! What a beautiful guide, so nicely and professionally elaborated!
Thanks ☺️
Laos is hidden gems . I miss that place ❤
One of the best guides I've come across. You forgot to mention that you do not drink from the tap. Always buy bottled water.
Great tip! That's indeed what we always do everywhere in Southeast Asia!
Really love the way you put your information together and that you provide maps and links. Keep up the good work!

We didn't visit! But off the beaten path places are sometimes pretty difficult to reach! hope you found a way
@@worldwildhearts hopefully we will be able to visit next time we go.
It's not too far from xam neua. That's where you need to get to.👍
Sir which app we use for maps in laos beacuse Google map not working in laos
Google maps does work in Laos! We used it in all the towns

Play Shelby savanakhet
You forgot to mention US bills to pay for your visa must be crisp and unmarred
