Michelle, would love to see a vlog on the day in the life of a pilot. What a great idea! Thank you for the video on landing at Ibiza, its like a little slice of paradise. It was fascinating to watch, especially when you are the pilot flying. You exude calm and confidence, that reveals what a amazing pilot you are and of course the dashboards with data on the landing checklist being completed along with the data on the island makes it so interesting for me. YAY! A new video! Love your work! Keep on keepin on! One thing, I don't know if the charts you put up during the videos are standard approach charts for Europe, but I like them. They are a lot cleaner than our standard approach plates that we use in the US. They convey the info you need in a way that can be read at a quick glance. US approach plates are, in my opinion, crammed with too much text.

Wow Michelle, wish my pilots had consistently smooth landings as you do. Our return home to Tampa often begins with a bounce lol. I'm sure it happens to the best though, factoring in weather, etc. Love your videos...Thanks, Pete

@@DutchPilotGirlAre there company restrictions on how hard a landing can get to avoid damage to the plane? I've been in some rough landings, hard jolts can't be good for the shock absorbers and landing gear.
@@fallinginthed33p Yes, sometimes a landing is too hard. Resulting in the need for a hard landing inspection or even structural damage. The airplane itself is capable of monitoring the g forces during touchdown.

Retired ATP here. Aaah...those were the good old days flying the heavy iron.!! I spent 8.5 years out of ORD as a F/O then 13 year's out of LAX as a Captain. Coolest job ever!!!

I am fascinated by your skills as a pilot and as a video producer. Your videos really provide a "you are there" effect. I am prevented from flying because of a lung problem that limits me to less then 3,000 ft. above sea level. In the meantime I will watch your presentations to scratch my travel itch. Thank You.

I love the way you display essential information as an overlay..
I'm not a pilot but an ICT systems designer. Our skills overlap in at least one area: risk management.
What little I know about an approach is that you follow a standard procedure and act, check and confirm actions and how the plane should have reacted.
In all its simplicity that is a great way to get a task done safely - or in my case: correctly.
Nice to learn something from someone with other skills but using the same approach.
