Absolutely beautiful recipe! I am not totally vegan but I can no longer digest any meat. So in the last year I have been eating beans, lentils, and vegetables I can cook soft. But I am ready for some flavor! Can't wait to try this tonight! Really lovely even if I'm not totally vegan!

We didn’t have buffalo sauce so we used BBQ sauce (we had sweet baby rays) and they were delicious

I’m struggling with Buffalo cauliflower I guess I do need that air fry cause the oven doesn’t work for me
What if we don't have bread crumbs? Can I use oil and flour?
You can do it with just flour. I have a baked version of that method on my website as well 🥰
