I'm not a vegan but these are really healthy and taste amazing, great for a diet
I turned all my chicken wing fans on to cauliflower wings! They’re just so delicious!
I made these tonight and they were so good!! The only thing I did different was added a few shakes of ancho Chile pepper to the batter and then after you shake after the first 5 minutes leave them in for 6 minutes instead of 5.
Just made it. Topped over simple garden salad. Amazing
I do not possess an air fryer, but I enjoy your other recipes! Thanks a lot for sharing
Oh my gosh...just stumbled upon your channel and had most everything on hand. The batter is perfect. I was low on milk so I used buttermilk and it was tangy and good. I didn't have the right hot sauce on hand so I drizzled spicy hot honey lightly over it. I'll definitely be making these again after I pick up the Frank's Hot Sauce. I love it! I'll also check out your other recipes. I just purchased an air fryer so I'm looking for yummy suggestions. Thank you.
They look lovely - can't wait to try them. Thank you.
I don’t know why people have to give negative comments about changing something to be vegetarian or vegan. It’s their choice not to eat it & for those who prefer something healthier without meat, it’s a wonderful alternative. I don’t make comments against recipes with meat although I could but would would get blasted for it. So why do meat eaters have a problem with those of us who choose to be meatless. Anyway, I love your vegetarian recipes & your presentation. I also check out your recipes with meat & I can easily make substitutions. Keep up the good work…I wish you the best!
You seem like such an amazing person man. Definitely giving life to the kitchen!!
Thank you for teaching how to make this! ❤ made some and they turned out so so good!!!
Plant base wings, it looks good and even looks like real chicken wings. I don't Get why people would hate it?!😕😕😕
They are pretty nice, I’ve tried them before
Looks don’t make taste. Cauliflower tastes like crap. I’ve tried so many times to like it. If you want meat taste, eat the meat.
they're really good, I love them and make them all the time but they're not chicken wings 🤷♀️
@@jkpoynter ignorant
It tastes nothing like a chicken wing
I eat cauliflower a lot. I use the air fryer a lot! This a great way to have cauliflower! Thank you!
I just made these and they were delicious!!! My 18 year old son loved them too. Thanks for the recipe!
I like your recipes. They are always so easy and with very simple ingredients
Those look awesome! Can’t wait to try them. So glad that I found your page
I am glade a find thia chennel. in this ramadaan i m making healthy foods love this healthy foods 😊
My daughter asked me to make these. So thank you for posting!
I made these and turned out great. I just used plant based butter and almond milk to make the recipe vegan :)
Oh I can smell it how lovely and tasteful they are one question did you put the rack in the air fryer cheers from Australia
I've had these and they are delicious. If you want to have a sweet BBQ sauce just add some honey to the hot sauce and butter
This recipe looks yummy and it is a must try. Thanks for sharing.
Can I freeze them in the batter and cook them frozen like store bought?
It is an awesome recipe. Tried it and it gets 👍
Those look AMAZING omgggggggg
Yummy. Question though. If trying to avoid white flour? What other flour could you use? I’ve seen other recipes that use almond flour. (?). Wouldn’t that give it sweet flavor though? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you.
Hi- you could use almond flour, rice flour, or a gluten free flour blend from a brand like Bobs Red Mill.
@@cookingwithcoit thank you very much!
@@lisaf4585 my pleasure!
Potato starch & corn starch mixed 50/50 is a total game changer...I use it to make my chicken wings extra crispy without the horrid taste like using baking powder...You will thank me later...🙂👍
Thank you for your recipe
I am allergic to garlic. What would be a good alternative?
Love it from India ❤
thank you
Delicious recipe thank you ❤
I will need to try this soon!
I am a big meat eater I still love a good cauliflower wing !!
Can you use frozen?
Need to do these
Maybe cook for a little longer.. not sure though 😊
How can I cook these in the oven, since I have no air fryer?
Translation of temp recommendations for uk air fryer n ovens ?
Its have to say jackfruit is the closest plant to chickenad ouster mushrooms but I looove cauliflower
This looks AMAZING!!!!! :)
Hi COIT . So happy that I found you.😂 Trying to eat healthier
Just wondering, can you use the same batter just with bbq dressing? Not rlly a fan of buffalo but rlly want to try them.
Yes! California Pizza Kitchen had these on the menu with BBQ sauce and honestly, that's why I'm here. They topped it with gorgonzola cheese, and chopped green onions and celery. So good.
What to do with middle part of cauliflower? Why waste it?
wonder what you would substitute for flour for keto?
Coconut flour or almond flour
Thanks a bunch! @@sarah05k38
@@MrGbscott1954 you're welcome 🤗
Hey there could you make some dessert videos?
Will 0% skim milk work?
Does coit mean something different in America?
Not a hater. But if we doing plant-based. Let's do it to it's completion. That butter and milk, definitely not the move. But all in all great video, enjoyed 😉 😅
William Sonoma aprons

the apron wouldnt have stopped his arm from getting stained
Please add ketchup with hot sauce . It’s yummy !
An apron isn't going to help long sleeves..😊
👏😋🇨🇦
I am one of the people that hates when people take traditional things and make them plant based. Its really just semantics though. Like these are not good chicken wings. They are AMAZING buffalo breaded cauliflower lol. and the air fryer helps but you dont need it. oven works fine.
I really need to try this with some chicken of the woods mushrooms next year. I really don't think cauliflower is similar in texture to chicken at all, but those mushrooms are.
no blue cheese....you are strange
see for people anywhere outside of America why not say what for example 350F is because America us the only country to use this measure of temperature
The thing that people cant stand is the fact that you guys are calling it WINGS!!! They are not wings lol. “Bites” are more like it. They are pretty delish though
Cauliflower wings? Literally why? I'm literally gonna eat real chicken wings, the way baby jesus intended!
Stop copying Indian food
It’s Gobi pakora
India for at least 1000 years
Tasted a little bland, but that may be due to cultural differences in pallet
This was disgusting

I am probably one of the biggest meat lovers I know, but I think I actually prefer these over regular wings.
Mainly because the flavor is so similar but the cost is cheaper, the preparation is way easier, and it's way healthier than chicken; also I reduce my meat consumption. Win for everyone!
There is no way you're a meat lover. Why do you have to lie? How can it be way healthier than chicken? Where is the protein, healthy fats, calcium in cauliflower drenched with batter and hot sauce?
@@janoycresnova9156 mmm greasy chicken wings are super healthy
@MG-hk9kx if you use the same batter and just regular chicken wings its just as healthy, if you deep fry them they might not be but chicken is healthy
@@janoycresnova9156Meat is not healthy at all. Eating tons of vegetables is much better.
@TheJumperYT Chicken is in no way shape or form healthy. Stop kidding yourself.
I made this tonight! It was AMAZING!!! Didn't want it really hot, so mixed the butter with Siracha (not a fan of Frank's) and some ketchup (good organic kind)- it was delicious!! You are my new favorite cooking site!!
franks is top tier
I made this and it was perfect! I used almond milk. I also used Primal kitchen buffalo sauce instead of making my own. This recipe is perfectly simple - others called for boiling & brining the cauliflower first or using ingredients most people don't keep on hand, so I'm so glad I found your recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
1 head cauliflower
1 cup flour
1 cup milk or milk alternative like oat milk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
¾ cup bbq or hot sauce like Franks Red Hot
1 tbsp butter melted
Omgggg so yummyyyyy!! I just got my first air fryer! Definitely making for dinner tonight!!!!😍😍😍😍
We made these and they kicked ass! Thanks for the recipe and tutorial, as someone with an air fryer as their “go-to” for cooking, I wanna learn more recipes like this
I think they're delicious. I just won't call them wings. Tasty buffalo cauliflower bites maybe. This kind of thing is more enjoyable to me if I consider it to be its own thing as opposed to setting the standard for comparison as something that it will never be.
So glad I found your channel 🙂. Your recipes are so easy and simple with simple ingredients. Definitely going to try this and thank you for sharing 😊
I tried this in London 2 days ago with salted Pepers bread hummus with olives , I did however have sweet chillie toriitso and prawns but the fried colly wings were beautiful
We do something similar with parmesan cauliflower wing, super delicious! Will definitely give this a try
Is it vegan friendly?
I wonder if these would be as good with a almond or coconut flour...
Looks great! Bought 2 aprons from Amazon under funny aprons . “Bitch imam the secret ingredient. Other this is a self cleaning oven clean up after yourself. Had many more choices . My secret ingredient is always love for example
I usually keep cauliflower in hotwater and make it halfcooked..
This is the best buffalo cauliflower I’ve ever had.
I didn’t add butter as it wasn’t necessary.
Used Frank’s Red Hot Original Buffalo Sauce.
You add butter to thicken the sauce. So yes, it was needed. You pretty much just had hot sauce on your food, not a buffalo sauce which is what he made.
@@djdime2002 wrong.
The Frank’s Red Hot Original Buffalo Sauce is already thickened. That’s the difference between the standard Red Hot and the Buffalo Sauce.
Thanks for playing, though.
@@TheRealSuperGeeks Seeing as I'm a chef for a living and use Frank's at home all the time. I am pretty damn sure I know what I am talking about. Yes the Buffalo Version of their sauce is thicker, but it is still not a true Buffalo Sauce. So yeah mate thanks for playing. ✌
@@djdime2002 LOL. Chef = works at McDonalds.
Your premise is that I had to use butter to thicken it. So, no, it wasn’t needed… because it’s already thickened.
You had no idea that there was a difference between the Original and the Buffalo Sauce so you frantically Googled it now you want to change your argument to, “iT’s nOt rEaL bUfFaLo sAuCe!”
And then you try to throw out the “appeal to authority” logical fallacy. 😂
Admit you were wrong and walk away, son… or just STFU.
@@TheRealSuperGeeks Lol this is some funny shit. You are all ass hurt because I mentioned butter thickens up the sauce. And now are going on your nice little rant. Buddy, I don't care if you think I work at McDonalds. My pay says other wise. That's all that matters. You're nothing but a name on a screen. Oh no, The Real Super Geeks is mad at me. Go back to bed little one, and have a wonder night :)
If i want to bake them instead - is that ok? I dont have an air fryer and i dont want to deep fry them
Just bought my airfryer!!!! So excited to try this ...Tq...
Can you make these with frozen cauliflower?
I wonder if I used 1 cup beer in place of milk could work?
I don't know what I did wrong. 😢
Can I use tofu instead of cauliflower for this recipe?
Thanks for this awesome recipe 🙏
I make this dish differently
You have described to set air fryer to 380 degrees but air fryer max go to 200 degrees. Now what to do plz suggest
380F=200C
they sucked
Yummy😋😋
I'm def gonna give em a try! I love Cauliflower and i love Buffalo sauce. I'm not a vegetarian, but I'll sure as heck try this! This'll be great for game day parties!
Hi coit, I have a question. I have 3 lair of tray in tefel easy fry oven & grill. Can I put french fries, buttered chicken, and vegetables with three separate try. If I can what would be the temperature and how many minutes.
I love wings but these absolutely awesome! I added some cayenne pepper to the dry ingredients and it definitely turned up the heat but they were so so good! Thank you!!
I love meat, but these are unbeatable. They are so good, and my favorite part is that you know you won’t have to worry about biting down on a piece of connective tissue or blood vessel lol
I found them too firm. The crust was brown. I got better results deep frying. I am low carb so the extra oil from deep frying did not bother me.
Thanks mate, I do like your recipes. Do you think this would work with broccoli which I prefer over cauli.
Made these but added Bread crumbs prior to putting in the Air fryer, made them a little bit more crispy and also used BBQ sauce.
Great recipe. If you only cut cauliflower through the stems and pull apart not so much crumbly bits.
Can I make these in oven? I don't have an air fryer and don't want to deep fry them cause I'm trying to lose weigt.
You are right.... it is so good. No hard stuff to throw away like in chicken wings.
Out of the air fryer they are crispy until I add the franks. Then they turn soggy :(
when it got cold the flour harden and the whole thing feels thick and soggy even on reheating
