I realise a lot of people are in trades or self employed to some form if not retired and their work days are well completed. But this is the status quo these days. Everything from your local corner shop to a tool and resource warehouse that supplies building sites. They're choc full of inadequate managers who are in over their head but keeping afloat usually with the help of a higher up who looks after them. They know nothing. They understand how nothing works. And that isn't just in relation to public photography. I mean in terms of their own job and daily operations. They have no clue what they're doing en mass. 95% of managers EVERYWHERE are useless and horrible. It's almost required for the job these days. In recent years ive first hand personally noticed how many managers cannot operate when required to do the every day tasks needed to keep a business operational. They don't know what their staff do or how they do it. They just know how to read emails and PDF's and give directions and boss people around. The manager is the most useless role of this 21st century

Building on right was Alcoa Fastening Systems then changed to Arconic Fastening Systems around '17-'18 and now Howmet Fastening Systems. Previously based in Sheffield and moved hq to Telford 2022. The left unit was Plaslyne plastic building products which closed 2013 sitting vacant a few years then acquired by Arconic.
So DJ has the only orange e-bike in UK? 😆 Based on that manager's comments, would be reasonable to question the Quality of fastening and insert products prior to use. Fortunately the gent in hi vis part of the real work team at Howmet.
