Hi, it was a tricky one, that's why it was 5 marks 😁 You need to plan a route that is 15km - 20km you know 1km = 0.6 miles and everything on the map is in miles. Mark 1 was to change your kn into miles by dividing both by 0.6 to get 9 miles to 12 miles (you could have changed all the distances on the map into km by dividing by 0.6 ) Next step was to plan a route. You know you need to start and end at the entrance and go through C at least once. I chose to leave the numbers as fractions . As they all had a denominator of 4 (except the 1/2 which was easy to convert into an equivalent reaction of 2/4). You could have converted to decimals if you preferred so 1/2 = 0.5. You then used trial and error to plan a route, starting and ending at the entrance and going through C, which had a total distance of between 9miles and 12miles. The one I did had a distance of 10miles which hit the brief. All 5 marks would be gained for showing your route so Entrance - C etc. And adding up to show your total distance. (Not forgetting your units) Hope that makes sense...best of luck with your studies 😁
@@Anna-LousMaths Hi, any chance you can explain last two questions little bit more detail that's will be helpful for everyone. Please make more videos for L 2 maths . I like your videos. Fraction, Area ,Volume, decimal etc Thanks for your reply
Hi, that a good idea. I am planning to do some more videos soon. Once I have done all the topics, I will do some videos on 4/5/6 mark questions and break them down fully. Best of luck with your studies and thank you for your comment.
Last question was difficult ,did not understand
